The location is awesome as there are almost all possible amenities. Really nice street barbecue places just outside the hotel. The staff is quite friendly and helpful.

It was a nice and pleasent stay at this hotel, because of beer festival it was costly else that hotel don't deserve 708 RMB per night it's more then 5 star hotel cost in any normal city of china .

Good hotel and room space, good location in central city, walking distance with shopping mall and MRT, many shops and resto nearby. Same MRT line to Qingdao or Qingdao North railway station. Always stay here if visit Qingdao.

I book this hotel every year when I go on business trips to Qingdao. The hotel has free parking, the rooms are clean and sanitary, and the facilities are complete. It was dirty. The bathroom in the first room I checked in smelled like urine. It was so strong that I couldn't get in. I contacted the front desk to report the problem. The front desk didn't say anything and just changed the room. The bathroom was full of urine stains and paper towels. There were yellow urine stains as soon as I wiped it. The sanitary conditions were poor. I negotiated the price with other guests in front of me. The price was lower than booking online and the experience was not good. Don't book this hotel, avoid the pitfalls in advance! I canceled the reservation a few days after booking. I couldn't stand it on the first night. The sound insulation was so bad that I could hear people talking clearly in the next room, and there was a constant noise in the corridor.
