I rarely stay at Hanting when traveling. This time I chose Hanting Hotel Qingdao North Station Branch because I wanted to catch the early high-speed train. The hotel is decorated in a simple and elegant style. The rooms are spacious, bright and clean. The facilities are complete and the design is scientific. The chain lock on the door is very creative. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. The washbasin is placed in the lobby, which is convenient to use and avoids embarrassment. The fully automatic toilet is convenient. The front desk service is thoughtful, enthusiastic and professional. Because we couldn't have breakfast in the morning, the receptionist changed it to dinner, which made us have a delicious dinner. We will stay at Hanting more often when traveling in the future!

It took me a while to find the hotel - the signage was not in English and noone seemed to know where it is. I should have trusted Google maps as they had it right. It's straight up the hill from the railway station, just past the entrance to Silverfish Street, on the corner. Check in was easy but no English spoken - translate on their phone made this not a problem. The room was clean,reasonably spacious,with a soft bed and smallish desk- totally adequate. Internet was fine. Thankfully I was only on the second floor as there is no lift. Fresh water and towels every day.
