It’s far from other tourist attractions but lovely! And highly recommend:) food was so good!

In my opinion, it is the best hotel brand on the Red Sea. Everyone is doing their best to serve us. In the afternoon, you can snorkel by the hotel's float🤿, and equipment is provided for free. There is a beautiful kitten named Yulia 🐱

Very good hotel

No amount of words can describe this hotel , from arrival to departure we were treated like Royalty. Upon arrival we were greeted with Prosecco in proper flute glasses. I noticed the most gorgeous aroma throughout the whole of reception and bar area. We were taken by cart to our gorgeous ground floor room which was directly opposite the Adult only pool. Room was modern, spacious and clean. Bed was a comfy king size. Bathroom had separate bath and shower with twin sinks and toilet area. Cleaners came every day and replenished tea bags, coffee, fresh juices, milk, beers, Oreo and wafer biscuits, and crisps. Pool areas were extremely clean and never full so always managed to get a bed. Pool guys work hard cleaning sunglasses and carrying towels to your bed and if cabanas weren’t available they will fetch you an umbrella. We stayed around the adult pool as it wasn’t as busy or didn’t have music playing . I have to shout out to Mostafa & Khalid the barmen, mostafa especially as he always went the extra mile and was always so happy. Magnum style ice cream available all day free of charge. Pool staff will walk around offering crisps, fruit kebabs and sunglasses cleaning. Plenty of ala carts to choose from all with amazing food, and the main buffet restaurant has a great selections of food for everyone. Waiters are efficient and friendly. The beach is mainly gritty type sand but very clean and the water is clear with beautiful fish, you can walk out to sea as far as the coral reef, which is at the end of the pier. There is a beach restaurant which becomes a seafood restaurant of an evening, but also has other delights on the menu. Word of warning, if you go to the beach area to eat ensure you spray with Off spray, or you will be bitten by sand flies. The hotel does have its own shop out the front and to the right of reception. Across the road from the main gates are a few shops including a pharmacy and small supermarket. la strada is the main shopping strip in Nabq bay which is about 5 min taxi drive. The walk is exhausting even if an evening in the heat! I will 100% recommend getting a taxi from the reception who use their own licenced drivers. Ask for “Tamer” he speaks good English and is such a nice friendly guy. You will not be disappointed with this hotel

This is an amazing hotel with the friendliest staff in Egypt, they are a fantastic team that make everything about this hotel such a beautiful place to have a relaxing vacation. Reception are very professional and attentive, club car drivers are brilliant, housekeeping are just the best, life guards will make you more than comfortable at all times during the day. Food and beverages as always impeccable served by professional friendly staff at all times including room service, all made possible by the chefs at this hotel who perform to the highest of culinary standards. The grounds at this fantastic hotel are out of this world and the groundsmen work extremely hard and deserve a special thank you, as Lover of plants I appreciate the gardens they are beautiful. Well we are back tomorrow after 12 months absence.

Well what a beautiful hotel, we had a excellent experience we will definitely go back next year. Our room 2133 as with all rooms where very clean and comfortable, cool air conditioning, plenty of storage with a balcony and pool view Staff make this hotel a happy setting , they are all very polite and greet you every-time you walk past with a good morning, afternoon, evening with a smile and cannot do enough for you Food was by far the best we had, all freshly cooked from the buffet to the al a carte restaurants. We tried all the al a carte restaurants booking these couldn’t be simpler all done online once you scanned the hotel QR code Hama Japanese Limoni Italian Amoura Lebanese Sanafir Seafood La Maison Mediterranean There are 3 pools, top pool which is the one we stayed most of the time this had a gentle slope one end to get into or steps the other end this also had a separate small children’s pool under a shaded roof , middle pool this one was where most of the pool games were played also had a children’s pool but not shaded, bottom pool this is a Adult only pool very quiet all big enough to cool down in and plenty of room for sunbeds some in the shade when it gets too hot, All the pool staff were brilliant they would come round every now and again with cold face towels, fruit kebabs, sunglass cleaning or spray you with cold water. Drinks waiters came round with a trolley but I think we came in a quiet time as after the first week they would just take your orders I would just say your on holiday take it easy just chill don’t let things spoil your time by moaning about little things staff work long hours ( 12hours a day plus. 7days a week) Just a big thank you to all the staff especially the pool staff who made our stay special

Just home from another fabulous holiday at steigenberger alcazar. This is our fifth time at this beautiful resort and will not be our last. The grounds are stunning, the food exceptional, and the staff are all extremely friendly and professional. A true 5-star experience in every aspect.

My partner and I have just returned from a 7-night stay at Steigenberger Alcazar and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel grounds and facilities are immaculate; clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. A special thank you goes to Ahmed for keeping our room (6220) spotless, well-stocked, and for being so attentive to all our needs throughout our stay. We kicked off our holiday with the 2 hour couples hammam treatment, which included one of the best massages I’ve ever had. It left us feeling relaxed, refreshed, and set the perfect tone for the rest of the trip. We spent most of our days by the adults only pool, occasionally visiting the beach. The pool staff were absolutely brilliant, friendly, attentive, and always one step ahead. From setting up our loungers and towels to delivering drinks from the bar, no task was ever too much. The added touches like cold towels, cucumber slices for our eyes, fresh fruit, and even cleaning our sunglasses made it feel truly 5-star. Having previously contracted E.coli in the Dominican Republic, I was understandably anxious about food hygiene. However, Alcazar exceeded expectations. We saw staff vigilantly checking food temperatures at the buffet, which gave me real peace of mind. The à la carte restaurants were excellent, especially Hama (Japanese) and Limoni (Italian). While lunch options were a bit more limited and less flavourful, there was still something for everyone. Evenings were enjoyable with live music most nights at the reception bar, followed by entertainment in the theatre. While the nightly dancing shows could have used a bit more variety, we were just as happy relaxing over a game of cards. One tip: bring a strong mosquito repellent. Despite using it, I was badly bitten on our second-to-last night. Thankfully, the pharmacist just across from the hotel was amazing, providing creams and antibiotics and even asking me to return so he could check on the bites before we flew home. The local shops are really well stocked with anything you might need. We also ventured out on some great excursions booked through the GetYourGuide app, which was cheaper than the hotel’s options. The Farsha Café & Soho Square night tour was a real highlight, breathtaking views at sunset and a lovely cultural experience. The Quad Bike Safari was another favourite, offering adventure and stunning desert scenery. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely love to return in the future!

Hotel beautiful room amazing. The staff can't do enough for you. All very friendly and kind. Was invited to a vip party lovely food. All restaurants amazing. Sabrina from guest relations and the 3 waiters at the adult pool were fab.

Wow what a wonderful place. The first 5* hotel we’ve been to that goes above and beyond. Everyone was wonderful from cleaners to management. Sabrina (customer services). Was amazing. She checked up on everyone everyday definitely return

Great stay, room was fantastic over looking the main pool area such a clean hotel all round. 3 swimming pools so there is plenty of room to get a sun lounger. Italian restaurant fantastic! main restaurant lots of choice but a little bland in flavour and the same most days. Breakfast was a little disappointing as tables never laid with certain items had to go find them before hand.

We had a very nice week here and in summary we would return. We got fantastic sea view rooms which were very well equipped, lovely mini bar/snacks, great standard of room. Pros •Some very friendly staff, Milad and his friend at the beach bar were exceptional! Made us feel very welcome and served us very quickly. •Great private beach, amazing free snorkelling and you can see amazing sea life just from the pier. •Sit down restaurants are great with the Japanese and Lebanese as stand out ones. •Pool beds are a great standard and the beach ones are fine too. •Night bars are a great standard. •Beach volley was fun and the several table tennis tables we used quite a bit. •Gardens are very well kept. •Buffet was good, nice selection and quality. Cons •Adult bar was REALLY slow and we gave up on it until the last day when other staff took over. Carlos who was on the bar walked around collecting glasses when 10 people lined the bar waiting to be served! Very poor service… •Some of the service is slow in restaurants but it really depends who you get so management need to look at this. •Cleaner was great but was clearly suggesting we tip several times which was annoying. •Included alcohol was disappointing as there wasn’t a local version of Bailey’s, Dark or Spiced rum etc and so the selection needs to be improved. •You have to be very quick when booking night restraints or you will miss out but we used the app on the first night to sort it all.

What an amazing place to stay. Right from the moment we walked in I knew we were in excellent hands. Everywhere was so clean and smelt so lovely. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was exceptional in every restaurant on the resort. We particularly loved the seafood restaurant on the beach for the food of course but we also found the staff there extra friendly and made us feel SO welcome. We used the adults only pool each day which is a small walk away from the beach where we snorkelled and saw most amazing fish. This was our first holiday together and wonderful memories of it we will always treasure. I’m sure we will return before long. Special thanks to Essam for keeping our room spotless. To Nada and the girls in guest relations for always answering our questions and looking after us, To the bread man in the breakfast restaurant, always being helpful. The pool attendants for always finding us sun beds. The bar staff at the adults only pool and at the bar near the outdoor theatre. And of course all the staff at the seafood restaurant You all made this a very special holiday for us and I know that anyone choosing to stay at this hotel won’t be disappointed.

This was our second trip to the hotel and we have booked to return again next year as soon as we got home. This is a wonderful hotel. Nothing is too much for the staff They genuinely care about their customers - we honestly love it here. Vita who heads up guests services is excellent as is Nada who also works in guest services - both brilliant and helpful. Abdel who works in both the pool and Limone welcomed us back with a smile and anything we needed! Hossaim who works at the fish restaurant welcomed us back with a smile and again anything we needed! All your staff are welcoming and kind. Honestly hands down a brilliant team. Our room was gorgeous as ever including the special touches as always. Thank you The a la carte restaurants are great and the daily buffet is overflowing with deliciousness! We were so sad to leave but will be back!! Thank you once again
