Quiet and comfortable hotel for relaxation. I have been considering this hotel for booking for a long time and often choose it. The staff is very friendly and attentive.

The service was very good, especially the shops in the hotel have really friendly staff, I can only recommend it!

Дорогие путешественники я вам крайне рекомендую этот отель. Персонал просто отменный. Все улыбается все счастливо. Разговаривает на русских на английских языках. Много программы вечерние около бассейна. Также есть трансфер моря бесплатный. В отеле много маленьких магазинчиков где можно купить сувениры дешевле чем в городе. Можно воспользоваться услугами такси дешевле чем в городе а также поездками. Всем очень рекомендую этот отель цена и качество не сравнимо

Please do not book this hotel! This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Upon check in I was shown to a room that had clearly not been cleaned and a bed that had been slept in and dirty the shower was filthy! I was then show to a second room which was all in terrible condition I finally excepted the 3rd room which wasn’t much better! The restaurant… where would you like me to begin! There is no snack bars available for the kids or anything suitable for kids the food is the same every day and consists of mainly veg and rice the food is bland and nothing from what I could see or taste was fresh! The pool bar is short staffed and not staffed during lunch for 3 hrs so no all inclusive drinks around the pool till 3pm! The staff try there hardest to assist you however there is staff that need to learn customer service a lot better than they do! House keeping certainly need some training into how to clean the lobby stairs and corridors are splattered with old drinks spillages and just left painting is currently going on in the area so pool areas etc can not be used to sunbathe in! The pools are not clean they throw a small amount of chemicals and leave it the water is cloudy most days! Then was chased out of the hotel for taking towels on check out and can be seen clearly on camera placing them in the cleaning cart!! Appalling behaviour from said professionals The entertainment team are brilliant and will go out of there way to help you in anyway possible especially Zizo the entertainment manager they are lively and very upbeat and very welcoming! For the entertainment team I would give a 10/10 and thank you for making my birthday memorable!

Amazing stay at Coral Hills. The Animation Team go above and beyond to make everyone’s stay the best it can be. Great activities and a range of things to do every day. Bebo, Marina and Yousef have made every day great fun and make sure that there is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the day. THANK YOU for making this a great holiday - I’ll definitely be back!

The hotel it’s very nice and my children they saw happpy and the location of the hotel good the room it really clean and every thing is ready in the room every day activities and show it’s amazing really I think it’s the best hotel and good about the money all here is good and we liked here a lot and my kids so happy and this more important for me thank you for the all the stuff there

In coral hils every thing is very good ,staff and,food. ,and survieses iam coming here with my husband we are so happy here the place is very comfortable and clean iam sure i will come back here thank you very much

All the activities and events are perfect, the staff is very good and so helpful specially tota is the most helpful person and the food is good and everyday on the pool there was events and shows is nice and the rooms is clean and the air conditioners are working good
