I don’t understand the intention of this design for the time being. There are still people decorating the outdoor floor in the middle of the night. 3. The manager or front desk of the entire hotel is not easy to communicate. We booked three nights. The first two nights were garden views, and the last night was side beach views (a little more expensive than garden views). But we were too lazy to change rooms, so we told the hotel that we would keep the original room, and other customers could also upgrade directly to the side beach we booked. The hotel agreed at first, but called the room an hour later and said that we had to change rooms. We tried to fight for it, and the manager was very tough. Finally, we checked in again and said that we had not paid at first. After we showed the confirmation slip, the hotel also waited for more than half an hour before it was done. If you need to dive and choose to stay in an all-inclusive hotel in this area, it is recommended that you consider it comprehensively.

We can't return to Marsa Alam for an iPad. It is claimed that this is not charged by the hotel, but it is said that this price is because the taxi has a counter in the hotel and needs to pay rent to the hotel. I can only say: This is your hotel helping them raise the price. Finally, the hotel manager came out and called the car outside to come in, and paid 15 US dollars to go to the airport.

This hotel is very nice. I was satisfied with staff too - bartender Ahmed on pool bar worked good, fast and he has friendly words for us. He is funny, makes tasty drinks and can draw lovely pictures on cappuccino. :-) I can recommend this hotel for vacation.

This is probably the most beautiful hotel I have visited in Egypt. Beautiful rooms, amazing service, divine food, great swimming and perfect staff. My family and I liked the pool bar the most. Ahmed took great care of our entire family, he was very nice, fast and worked very well. He was very professional. It was one of the best holiday in Egypt for me.
