This is 5 Star hotel and has room heating conditioning system.We stay for 2 nights and on the 1st night it was turn on.But on the 2nd night the hotel management deliberately turn it off. As the outside temp about 10 C and was pretty cold, we requested the hotel management to turn the heat on but they lied that the heating system breakdown and cannot be repair. So much so that we has to endure the freezing coldness throughout the night. We found out the truth in the next morning while talking to their staff. We are very very disappointed and we will not come back again. 👎👎👎

I don’t really write reviews unless exceptionally good or bad but this is really a negative experience … Firstly, not recommended if coming to stay in cold season (Autumn/ Winter/ Spring). The aircon/ heater system is centralised so you can’t adjust the temperature. Secondly, according to the receptionist, they only have ONE tower fan so not really available. Lastly, the attitude of receptionist and housekeeping is extremely unfriendly compared to before (I stayed here 3 times) and I put a good review in 2023. This time, the solution they provided to a female guest is to open the window and curtain at night for cold air… which I personally think is inconsiderate for a female guest. I gave my feedback to the receptionist when I checked-out so hopefully they can add more tower fans to their inventory.

The morning female front desk had a bad attitude. There has been no improvement after several years. I don’t know what the relationship is with the leadership. I am disgusted with these two women every time I check in. He has no expression on his face when solving problems, as if to say, "It's up to you to stay or not, I don't mind having you as a customer." He speaks less than the customers and is indifferent when asking questions. It is a five-star luxury hotel with a logo. I stay at the Yude Hotel every year for about 8 years, and I usually stay in executive rooms or suites. It says that cigarettes are required, but I found out it is smoke-free after opening it. The toilet is broken and it's pinching my butt. Check out the next day and go to Shangri-La. The market is so big, you choose your customers and your customers will choose you. The front desk is the meeting point and hub. If the beginning is not pleasant, no one will be happy living there.

The room is quite big, clean and tidy, and afternoon tea and fruit are provided.

The previous post said that the hygiene was poor, so why did I stay for two nights? The reason was that I overslept and exceeded the time limit, so I thought about extending it for another night to avoid having to find another hotel. The room is the same as the picture, with enough space and good light. It was a very good accommodation experience.

Very good, but the sound insulation is a bit problematic

1. I traveled with friends and stayed at Youde Hotel. I was very satisfied with this hotel. 2. I have a mysophobia. No matter where I stay, I like to see the room first before checking in. Then the front desk lady and a handsome guy took me to see the room politely and enthusiastically. 3. The lobby doesn't look very bright, and it feels a bit dark, but the room is very wide, the facilities are decorated in the style I like, the bed is very soft, and the details on the countertop are also in place. 4. The reviews say that there is a KTV downstairs that is very noisy. I was quite worried about insomnia at the time. The floor that the lady took on the day of check-in was a bit high, and I was very glad that I didn't feel any noise. Then the hotel has convenient transportation, free parking, and a good stadium next to it. It is also convenient to eat nearby. In short, it is a very satisfactory stay experience. If I come to Putian with my friends next time, I will continue to choose this hotel.

The location of the hotel is easy to find, just on the side of the road. The receptionist at the front desk was very polite and took the initiative to contact me to go back and pick up the charger after I left it behind. The room is clean and tidy and worth staying. The orchids at the front desk are really beautiful👍😊
