Puteaux Hotels with Wi-Fi

This hotel is great. The staff were warm and accommodating and helpful with my poor ability to speak french. The location is great, near the M line metro station that goes to almost all the tourist sites. You can see the Eiffel tower and the Arc Triumph from there. There is a shopping centre close by that you can grab something to eat. The rooms are large as are the bathrooms. Very comfortable and clean beds. The hotel is tastefully decorated and I cannot say enough about how helpful the staff was. The only downside was everything in the area except the shopping centre is closed Sunday and Mondays. This includes the restaurant to the hotel. However they still managed to get me a drink when i needed one and very quickly. They also called me on my cell phone and advised me of the closures, The only issue was that i didn't have a sim card for Europe so i didn't get the message until i got home. They did try. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We will come back , but on a Tuesday. I found everyone that we came in touch with in Paris wonderful. They are warm, friendly ,kind and accommodating to us with our poor french. I will brush up on my language skills and come back again soon. See Julie at the front desk , i can't think of anyone nicer to be greeted by.

Price/quality ratio is not good to say the least. For 200 eur per night you should get much more, than what you get in Hilton La Defense. Location si problematic, because the entrance is for both hotel and shopping mall, so taxis will be always confused where to go and how to get there. Find underground parking was terrible, took me 30 minutes to actually find it, convince somebody to open the gate and park the car. Forget sauna, pool anything like that, it is a business hotel, so you will be happy for a simple gym. The rooms were quite OK, but dont expect nothing fancy. Breakfast horrible, understaffed, always lacking basics, like juices and water, also constantly problem with limited amount of glasses. I am not planning to go back.

The hotel is good overall considering its price. Unlike the traditional hotels, the hotel is designed for long stay, with weekly room service for stay longer than 8 nights. The location is good, 10 minutes away from the metro station by walking. The is a supermarket 2 minutes away, although close early in the night. The main problem of the hotel is that the air conditioner is very weak, not powerful enough to cool down the room even in the night. The room will be cooler if one open the window in the night rather than using the air conditioner.

We had the best time at Mama Shelter La Defense. The hotel staff were all really friendly & helpful. Our room was a good size and the bed was SO comfortable. We went to the penthouse a couple times for drinks and the diner once for breakfast and everything was really delicious. The diner breakfast option was really good value. We also found the location, while further out, is really well connected and you’re in central Paris in no time. We will no doubt come back to this hotel again as we regularly visit Paris and this was a perfect experience.

My experience was great, although you have to know where it is. In our case we wanted to be close to our son's residence and it was perfect, but if you come to see Paris you have to know that it is far from the center and a 10/15 minute walk from the metro that takes you to the city The hotel is phenomenal, the room is very complete, comfortable and clean, the beds are super comfortable It has a kitchen with everything you need in case you want to eat in the apartment, you also have a supermarket two steps away The only The downside is that we stayed five nights and they only cleaned the room one day, we didn't understand why since when I hired it it didn't specify that such a basic service was not included. Breakfast costs €18, we thought it was too much for what it offered. Otherwise, the experience was magnificent

This week I stayed at this hotel on a business trip. On my first night I woke up in the middle of the night feeling itchy and I could feel there was something in my bedsheets. I turned the lights only to find out there was about a dozen bedbugs in my bed and pillows. Imagine the sensation!!! This horrible things were all over my head, my face and my body.... I took some pictures and recorded some video as well. I went down to the lobby and asked for a room change, which they did. The morning after I spoke to the manager and showed him the video. He couldn't believe it and said the hotel was brand new. I showed him allthe bites on my face, neck and arms. He offered they would compensate me somehow, and and offered an apology. Later that day I found out that they had compensated me with the glorious amount of 6,000 fidelity points, equivalent to €100!!! I went back and respectfully told themanager that such comepensation seemed ridiculous. He agreed and offered to increase it to an amount we agreed verbally. As I got back home, I checked my Accor fidelity point balance. They increased the compensation but clearly not in the amount we agreed. Terrible experience x 2: bedbugs + false promises.

Very cute, small hotel close to the metro. Reasonably priced even for the Rugby World Cup. Room and bathroom small but spotless. Bed very comfortable. My only fault was the small shower. Rugby playing family had a tight squeeze but the water force was strong. Breakfast was continental and very nice and fresh. Lovely staff and the big bonus was parking around the corner for €13 a day which is a major plus. I would definitely come here again and highly recommend. Incidentally there’s a lovely French restaurant down the road…very authentic and great food and staff called Brasserie Le Flore. Again very reasonably priced.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cozy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bathroom is a little small but functional with nice toiletries (Soap, Shower gel/Shampoo etc). Bed was firm but comfortable and there are extra pillows and a blanket supplied. Our room (104) had air conditioning and was at the front of the hotel but we never had any noise issues. Breakfast was lovely, a simple continental style but plentyful and fresh. The hotel is in a nice quiet suburb of Paris (Puteaux) but just 15 minutes walk from La Defense or Esplanade stations with easy access to the rest of the city. Nearby there are a few restaurants and shops, although we found some were closed at weekend/only opened on the Monday as we were leaving. (we think this is as its near the business district) We walked from Puteaux to Surenses to go to Longchamps races which was easy

Excellent séjour Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits dans cet Établissement et nous sommes enchantés de notre choix d'hébergement! tout était parfait ; la situation de l'hôtel, l'amabilité et le professionnalisme des équipes , l'accueil téléphonique et l'accueil à la réception, la propreté de l'appartement loin d'être vétuste pour le nôtre ! Petite cerise sur le gâteau, nous étions au 9ème étage et avions la vue sur la tour Eiffel ce qui a bien évidemment enchanté nos petits enfants ! Très bonne literie . L'hôtel est très bien situé et bien desservi par la ligne 1 du métro , ce qui permet de visiter Paris très facilement . Juste une petite remarque, si vous arrivez en taxi demandez à la réception de vous donner l'adresse pour les taxis car le 35 cours Michelet est une adresse pour les piétons seulement. Donc pour nous nous mettrons un 10/10 !

A very well located hotel, 100 meters from the tram, Room very clean. Bedding of very high quality. A very competitive price. A smile at the reception. Perfect to recommend.
