The Hotel was conveniently located and is easily found. 2. The Large Room makes movement within the room very comfortable. 3.My stay was very enjoyable. My room was large and it made movement within the room very convenient. The bed was large and very comfortable and I like the colour and the decor in the room. It was very tastefully done and to me, many will like it. I found the Reception Staff very friendly, fast and obliging. The most interesting is the sea view just faces by the ocean , Recommended

The hotel location is really good because we can access the Parangtritis beach directly (though need to climb down many stairs from the hotel). But, unfortunately everything else is not good from this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe king room sea view room, which has many problems. It only gave us 2 pillows. It does not have safe deposit box in the wardrobe. The shower gel bottle is very small and not easy to pour out the content. There is only 1 mirror inside the bathroom (no mirror inside the bedroom) with very bad design of the light, whereby it will have shadow falls on my face, thus it does not help me to put on my makeup at all! No glass provided in the bathroom. The sliding door for bathroom is broken. The bedroom window curtain does not cover the whole window width, such that you can see the bedroom from outside! Bathroom, toilet, bedsheets are not clean. No sign to indicate in the bedroom door whether to clean the room or not to disturb. I had to tell the hotel reception to clean my room. After they cleaned the room, they did not give new toilet papers, and I had to request & wait long time from the hotel reception to give it to my room. Breakfast choices were exactly same for 2 days in the row, and it was not great. Many things which are not provided will have additional charges upon request, for example extra pillow, gazebo to sit near the swimming pool etc. Generally the hotel is not maintained well at all. It is supposed to be a nice hotel with good location, if funding is prioritized to fix many small things and provide a bit more things to hotel guests. Road entrance towards the hotel should be made properly for more safety as well.

What is displayed on the site is different from the nature

Everything is good but please keep it clean again, my hand was bitten by a scorpion in the bathroom while staying there.

The service delivery was not up to expectations. The hotel has real potential but needs to renew its equipment (broken pool tiles, water not renewed, very average cleanliness), no deckchair cushions, no towel provision. The bungalows are very correct but also lack maintenance: electronic door locks do not work well (needed to be changed), and the bathroom has a rusty soap dish. Few trained staff! It's a real shame!!!! The view is splendid, just exceptional and the hotel is quiet. The potential of this hotel is really enormous after some investments to bring it up to standard.

The location is a winner. Directly facing Parangtritis beach. The pool is really beautiful because it's like an infinity pool on the beach, especially at sunset. Unfortunately, it's not clean enough, it looks like it needs additional maintenance. The room I used had the door looking like it was about to rot and the windows were starting to turn orange like they were rusty. And the AC in my room wasn't that cool against the beach air.

I really like staying here besides selling the view, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and clean. Delicious food. Pokonya want to come here again.

Not enough for the price of 850,000 + 300,000 honeymoon flowers. It's a shame that the TV is still an old school TV for a hotel as luxurious as this, but the air conditioning doesn't feel right, the wooden booths are porous...

This is our 2 nd time at this resort . We stayed in the romantic deluxe rooms & deluxe sea view cabin . Fabulously kind & helpful people , great food; cook to order, wonderful lattes, clean rooms. , amazing views . Some names I can remember are Wanda, Rianto, Tina , and the lovely people who kept our rooms clean.

hotel with a natural nuance that is extraordinarily beautiful. the beach view is very amazing. according to its name queen of the south, guaranteed not to regret seeing the view here, the service is also very friendly. both from the front office to the waiter. all are very impressive. keep up the service here. always be successful

Not a good experience at all. Was told to pay 100,000rp per person to enter and this included welcome drink and snack. Once paid and entered, we were told this is not true. Only get a discount because have the ticket but not include anything. Not good at all when lied to. I would never come again.
