This is my third time staying at this hotel. The service is excellent. There is a bar and terrace on the fifth floor.

It's a bit unfortunate why my neighbor's car was washed for 2 days and so on, while mine was only washed once. Maybe because his car is more expensive than mine.

Good hotel, for family rooms it is very spacious and clean...soundproof rooms...rooms have direct view of the mountain, very beautiful...breakfast has many variations and is delicious...swimming pool is perfect for children...the pool attendant service is very friendly...

The hotel facilities are complete, it's just that I didn't get the room I ordered. The room does not match what is pictured. A bit disappointed too but overall comfortable staying at Java Heritage.

The location is quiet and it is easy to get around Baturaden. Hotel with the most amenities in Dongne sauna club swimming pool bar etc.

This hotel is noisy. Very annoying. Live music from the 5th floor can be heard up to the lobby floor. Banging. Deafening. And it can arrive at 11-12 at night. Every night. If you are looking for a hotel to rest, don't stay here.
