The hotel was terrible, there is no hot water for shower , they said having problem with the water heater and the wifi connection also very bad ! No lift for customers only use staircase

Second time staying at Hotel Verde, still a favorite place to stay in the city center during holidays.

Highly recommended for staying, very friendly service, cleanliness is extraordinary, service and cleanliness are very good, close to Ritta Mall, close to the town square, only 5 minutes away.

One of the hotels with the dirtiest floors without carpets that I've ever been to.. my feet were black and the mattress was black, that's the reason for the 1-star cleanliness besides the placement of only 1 trash can, which is also small in the toilet. But the food is okay, delicious, the location in front is a hangout place for young people with a vintage theme, the only minus is the parking location, only 2, other cars are on the shoulder of the road, under the trees, often hit by twigs, leaves, and tree trunks from above.

Good service, we were allowed to leave our luggage before check-in because we arrived early. In the morning we were given breakfast.
