Park Plaza Arena Pula Reviews

Had to ask for a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves..with a death trap of a vacuum cleaner and a power plug that was falling out of the wall. Housekeeping was nice & tried their best but didn’t have a vacuum cleaner themselves…weird. Instead of a room with balcony we got a terrace where people ( outside of the hotel ) were walking past every two minutes. So much for privacy. Not enough sunbeds at the pool unless you go there at 7am. Not that anyone cared at the reception… Well, not going there again..

Excellent hotel, clean, modern, well kept gardens, beautiful pool area, polite and helpful staff. The gym is well provider for for the size of the hotel. Breakfast was really lovely, so much choice for all tastes and dietary requirements. If you want to go to Pula you can get a local bus very nearby, very easy but also a taxi/uber will come to the area. The views were gorgeous. If you want a choice of restaurants there are other hotels/apart hotels on other complexes nearby you can walk to these, otherwise you will need to travel into Pula. I would recommend for couples, families with older children + 13, solo travellers, business travellers. It has a very small kids dipping pool, and a small playground for younger children, but it is more designed for older families, couples etc.

Karla at the Spa was so helpful and professional! I had forgotten some products at the counter and she personally delivered them to my room. Denian at the bar was hilarious and absolutely wonderful to talk with!

Finding an hotel like this in Croatia isn’t that easy as there are just not that many 4 and 5 star hotels with this level op service and atmosphere. We can really recommend the Park Plaza Arena hotel in Pula. Located on a peninsula near the Yacht harbor with entrance to the sea and beaches it’s just a perfect spot. Great pool, good service.

Bar, pool, staff, room, clean condition, breakfast everything, taste. Everything was perfect. Next time I will visit again.

Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. However, it’s a shame that there are no à la carte dishes and snacks to eat… only a buffet at €32 per person without drinks! The view is beautiful.

A hotel with a super good location and full sea view. The rooms are large and clean, with plenty of hot water. The hotel has its own beach and seaside green space. The price of the hotel restaurant is moderate. You can watch the sunset while eating Mediterranean-style meals, and the tips of red wine will make you fall asleep.

Definitely more than 3 stars. Rooms very modern, service extraordinarily hard-working and nice. The pool could be a bit bigger, but there is a great shady garden with hammocks, beds and loungers. Breakfast is top class, very high quality and lovingly presented. Good air conditioning, everything was wonderfully cool. Any time!

I have not found a defect, an oversight or neglect in the structure and of the staff. Beautiful and renovated facility. Breakfast from breakfast to lunch and dinner! 😁 😁 😁
