Had to stay here by accident due to flight cancellations but my wife & I were very pleased! The place is huge and is perfectly situated right by the airport. They do not provide taxi services to the airport unfortunately, but there are taxis always available to take you there, driver will try to rip you off and charge you $20 USD for not even a 5 minute ride, but locals only pay between $5-$10 USD max; so don’t fall for it. But the hotel was a welcomed surprise for my wife & I. BUY THE BUFFET BREAKFAST ADD-ON! We didn’t we ended up paying $90 for our breakfast Which could’ve been about 40 bucks had we prepaid. Don’t bother buying the alcoholic beverage in a coconut - it’s way overpriced and you get very little alcohol. Definitely take it vantage of the free coupon/services provided at check-in; you get a little coupon book thing that contains free drinks, tequila shots, and passes to the spa, among some other things. Those were added benefits. The room was nice enough, not high-end luxury, but the rest of the hotel was impressive and the massive pool was awesome.

I been to PVR for 10 years and this is the best one hands down. Ruben solved a hiccup for us upon check in. He actually cares and loves his job. Bravo! Flavia from kids club made the trip perfect. Marriot should be proud to have these 2 wonderful team members.

When we arrived we had our 5 pound service dog. I did not bring the service ID card. The front desk manager was EXTREMELY rude and would not let us check in with out it, which I understand, but here attitude was very disrespectful. We paid in advance for our high end suite(over $500 USD) through tirp.com and she told us that was basically our problem and they would not do anything to help us get our money back. Since we are Marriott Bonvoy members I thought they would have offered to call another Marriott property nearby that accepted dogs to help us(like the Westin where we ended up). Not only did she say she had no suggestions to help us, she summoned her security team that we found completely inappropriate and intimidating. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE. They treated us like American trash.

Room paid garden got back to the garbage. Old rooms strong stinky smell. Very humidity. Shower bathroom good pressure. Water in the room not included $$ I booked Breakfast included. Capuchino extra $$ expreso extra. Service too slow. Nefasto Room price 289 usd per night + 30 usd extra taxes. Service too slow. Near golf area. Good point

The location is very convenient if you plan to take boat tours, as ir is very close to the marine; however, the beach itself is not so good, The room has a good size and is comfortable. The fitness center is huge and well equipped.

Looking to travel with family? Highly recommended! This is a luxury hotel with a "boutique" vibe and Excellent service. The breakfast buffet is one of the best in PV (have stayed in Sheraton, Westin). The pool is well-maintained, the kids playroom is awesome (Thank you Bibiana!). The property is very modern, very well maintained, though rooms are a bit small. We stayed at the Marriott in Cancun as well, similar experience. Best budget luxury resort in PV.

The room was average, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. It was close to the port, and there were some restaurants within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was expensive and not very tasty, and the price/performance ratio was not high. The seafood barbecue tasted good when we walked to the port.
