Providencia Hotels with Gym

The environment is beautiful, the location is good, there is a large supermarket next to it, the rooms are comfortable and hygienic, and the morning is rich. Facilities are very user-friendly and the scenery outside the window is good. Good value for money, but also staying next time.

This is my second time here. I like this hotel very much. There are mountains behind it. There is a **** convenience store nearby. There is a large supermarket about three kilometers away by taxi. The room is a bit small and the breakfast is average.

The watch is right in front of Costnera Center, so it's easy to use the facilities by walking. The staff were very friendly and it was nice that they prepared a packed lunch for us when we checked out early.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

Hardware facilities are very good; service is very poor 👎 1. Check-in is around 4 o'clock in the local afternoon. There are two front desks, one with good English and one with poor English. The person who spoke good English was within 1 meter and there were no other customers at the time, so he completely ignored our request for help; 2. Before we checked in, the full payment was transferred to Ctrip. The hotel was unable to successfully deduct the fee, but it was unwilling to contact Ctrip. If you are good at English, you can directly say that we have the right not to let you check in. ! ***! 3. There is no extension at the front desk in the room; there is no wifi prompt etc. The services of the B&B are better than they thought, and the price and service do not match at all. In short, I will not stay at this hotel a second time!

The hotel lobby has a microwave to heat food and provides hot water. The king-size room is large and spacious, and there are many types of breakfast. The location is excellent. Just a short walk downstairs is the subway and Wall Street Charging Bull. It is downtown in downtown.

The service is pretty good, but I can't understand Spanish. It's very inconvenient to buy things in the supermarket and it's easy to make mistakes! I wanted to buy salt, but I ended up buying baking soda. I asked the people at the supermarket and they kept giving me baking soda. When I went back to the hotel and opened it, I found it was not salt!

Rodrigo is the best! Great location, great breakfast, nice bathrooms, very social atmosphere. The only minor issue is that the wifi was a bit spotty in the room ... Overall, very recommendable!

The room and hotel were very clean, and the Providencia neighborhood was a great place to stay. The hotel is close to the Metro, restaurants, and shopping, and it felt very safe. The staff were extremely helpful, and the WiFi were amazing. Also, the bed was super comfy.In the room there was an air conditioner that was old and huge and very loud. I couldnt sleep half the time and that is not what you expect from a $150 a night hotel. I will not be going back ever again.

Simple buffet, the same for three days! Don't have expectations! I live in 409, two big beds. There is a large balcony on the top floor. The three floors are in the decoration, and the taste is great! At the time of check-in, the lady gave me a room in the decoration area. I went downstairs to change the room and gave it to a big room! I said she is coming! It’s not like it! Monsters are not so blind! I will understand it at a glance! Convenient transportation, many around eating, drinking, buying and buying. From the two stations of the ”International Trade Phase III Building”, there is a big Mall where everything is there! I am willing to recommend this hotel! Other rooms don't seem to be big for me.
