Our stay at Gold Bank Hotel in Prague was fantastic! The room was clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, providing a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The receptionist and the entire staff were exceptionally nice, always helpful, and greeted us with warm smiles, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Their hospitality truly stood out and made us feel welcome. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Prague. We would definitely love to stay here again!

Check in was smooth. However the room itself was not cleaned or inspected thoroughly. The spoon for the coffee station was actually still covered in coffee. Fortunately I noticed before I used it. Likewise the mug was not washed. The toilet was clean, but there was no shelf in the bathroom for me to put my toiletries on. Bed was comfortable, overall sufficient space. Decent stay for the price, and near the train stations if you arrive or depart by train.

Satisfied with the trip to Prague? Yes. Was it so expensive it made you regret? Yes. Paid 100euro (~900HKD) per person per night. Definitely over priced for this hotel and specifically for this room. We where in the smallest room in the basement, with a little unreachable window. Almost no air flow, we had to put our shoes outside the door. No many amenities: no slippers (although provided when asked), no comb and not even water bottles. We even couldn’t get a socket adapter. On a side note, the hotel got our broken luggage.

The hotel is located next to a train station and 1.2 km from the center of old town. The room we stayed in was clean and tidy but small. The breakfast is quite rich and pleasant because it is not too crowded. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only problems we had were that the tea cups were not changed while cleaning the room, there were no slippers (I went down to the reception for this twice) and the rooms were a bit soundproof. Price performance hotel for short visits.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. Shower went from hot to cold in seconds and any special requests you ask for will most likely not be fulfilled. The “Smart TV” was anything but smart. Not only can you not connect to the screen mirroring, but the channel options for satellite were non-existent. When asked the hotel staff about this, they had no clue and just told us that non of the TVs are connected to a network. All of the beds are single beds put together, even if you ask for a double or queen bed. They pull apart in the middle of the night and the pillows are flatter than a pancake. Okay hotel option purely for the location, but if you’re planning to actually have a good experience, try somewhere else.

Great Hotel in a fantastic central location. The staff were really helpful and although the room was a touch small it was still comfy. The value for money here is great and it is a 5 minute walk from the Airport Express Bus station so really easily to get to

The reception is helpful, offering 24-hour service via WhatsApp. The staff was friendly and always available to assist with any questions or requests. We booked a double room, which was clean and well-maintained. The smart TV allowed us to connect our phones to watch dramas. The room size was adequate for two and we can open both our suitcases comfortably. Although we didn't opt for breakfast, there are several supermarkets and food options nearby, making it easy to find meals. All in all, we had a nice stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for convenience in their travels in Prague!

The hotel is very well located, at about 10 min foot walk far from the center of Prague. The breakefast was various but about the same, every day. The personal from reception was very nice and helpful. The negative thing was that I was asked at check-in if I want the room to be cleaned every day and I answered in writting that yes, in fact, it wasn't cleaned every day. Also, the pillows are hard like stones...
