Clean spacious rooms with comfy beds. Bathroom was nice with everything I could have needed. The two central radiators were really efficient at keeping the room warm. Staff were also friendly. Good location easily accessible on foot or on the 133 bus line.

Rude and helpless staff, I don’t recommend this “Hostel”

It's an old building, but it's clean.

We book a room and we receive a garbage room ..all old yellow pillow and blankets I dont recomande! Terrible hotel! More over firs night some homless or drunkers was making noise and treati g us when we told them Doors are nit closing properly and wind is blowing thrug windows

Worst hotel experience ever!! Dirty, very old rooms, no service at all!! Only clean towels after 4 days even when we asked for new ones. Unfriendly staff… It was the opposite of the pictures on the website, NO television, a terrible matras, only one light, dirty sheets…

The place was basic, reception staff were nice, however, noise throughout the night coming from the corridor was not pleasant. In terms of cleanliness, the place was riddled with bed bugs, since returning I have been covered in bites. I do not recommend.

English: Let me start by saying that everything I am about to write is not made up, even if it may seem that way. I came to this hotel as a teacher for a school trip with my students. First of all, as soon as we arrived, they told us of a sudden change in the layout of the rooms, without giving us any explanations, moving us to smaller rooms than those we had booked, even though they had already been paid for. Once we entered the rooms, carrying our suitcases up on foot because there wasn’t even an elevator, both my students and I immediately noticed a level of dirt that none of us had ever seen before: dead insects near the windows, insect nests inside the chandeliers, dirty and stained bedspreads and curtains (God only knows what), tiny bathroom fixtures that were unsuitable for any type of physical need, and obviously dirty as well. Furthermore, in all the triple rooms the third bed wasn’t a real bed, but rather a mattress on the floor. In the evening we all went down to dinner and the situation worsened even further: poor food, rude staff and one of my students found a hair in a plate! The next day we went out for a walk in the city and when we returned to the hotel we discovered that they hadn't even come to clean any of the rooms. We thought we had hit rock bottom but after a few hours a mouse rightly decided to join us in the corridors on the first floor, having found its natural habitat: the sewer.

terrible hotel, to say that the room is dirty is a compliment, in 3 days they neither changed the towels nor came into the room to clean, the bathroom is incredibly dirty and smells like sewers, it makes your stomach turn, really terrible

Terrible hotel, very dirty, rude and poorly organised. We went with the school for the graduation trip, when we entered the room the furniture door practically fell on us. Checking carefully we noticed that the sheets were dirty, curtains were burnt and doors that didn't close! Needless to say, we asked for a room change but we were denied and we were left with dirty sheets and towels! Unspeakable food, location 30 minutes away from the center! A real nightmare!!

Hello everyone. I want to share my impressions about this wonderful hotel, my colleagues and I really liked how they greeted us, and even how they showed us off, we have never seen such service anywhere. So only 5 weights.

Very unpleasant staff, they are rude, they confuse the reservation and don’t even apologize, I will never come here again and I don’t recommend it to others!!!! it’s harsh, they ruined the whole mood. We wanted to agree to take at least a chair from the dining room and they refused, I don’t recommend it.
