The good things: service, excellent breakfast and good service in the restaurant. Bad things: poor room with low light in the room. Also, cleaning is not good and the bad are not clean and can demage your skin.Minibar not located in the right side, placement for clothing fit for 2 meter height and above which not make any sense. Gym is not included and not belong to the hotel which requires additional payment.

Car parking & receptionist! We were really tired that day and Then we realised receptionist charged us city tax twice ! Receptionist has no knowledge of booking! We contacted trip.com customer service and sent them proof but they haven’t reply yet!  Car parking men were really aggressive he was shouting and looks like has enough that day!

The room is really nice. The location is perfect, very close to a tram station. All the staff are nice and lovely except one lady at the Armstrong bar. She made a comment about me drinking so slow. It was unnecessary and no one cares about her opinion. The negative side is I can hear the music coming from the Symponia restaurant to my room which was day and night. It was very loud I have to use a white noise from my phone so I can sleep.

It was only a short overnight stay, but from the beginning reception were extremely helpful, providing me with information about using trams visiting the Old Town, with a map, so I could use the few hours I had to look around and stretch my legs. I returned and sampled a restaurant meal with was god and reasonably priced. The room was spotless, with tea, coffee and WiFi provided. I slept well, enjoyed an excellent breakfast and had a car ordered for 7:20am to take me to the airport. All these services, thanks to the professional and friendly receptionists.

Amazing staff. Warm welcome from reception. Not too far from old town. A short hop on the tram. Convenient. It’s not new but clean. The breakfast is some of the best you’ll ever have in your life.

Booked a triple room. 1 double bed plus one single. Room size was decent enough for 3 people. Room was located in the older wing so room condition was slightly older but still ok. Toilet ventilation is not too good because mirrors fogged up after showering. Otherwise, staffs were kind. Very efficient during breakfast service.

One of the best hotels in Czech republic. Very friendly reception staff. There was a wide selection for breakfast. On the top floor there is a bar with an amazing view.

Very professional staff. Very kind and attentive. Breakfast fantastic and location is perfect if using public transport.

The hotel is in a good location and is very interesting. The only downside is its attractiveness, as it is always full of guests and therefore noisier and sometimes it takes a long time to check in and out, ...

Excellent customer service - the welcome and friendly staff made me feel like a valued guest. I also appreciated the thoughtful extra touches, such as a bottle of water on arrival and departure. Room was comfortable, quiet and spacious. Breakfast was also very good - my only advice would be to go early or late if possible as it can be very busy. The location suited me fine - it's a half hour, pleasant walk to the old town or bus and tram services leave from outside the hotel. I'm not sure what facilities the hotel offers, eg a fitness centre, as I didn't look for them. Overall, a great stay and excellent value for money (in January)

I am very satisfied with this unique hotel! Pros: Large, clean room, with enough space to work, polite staff, great breakfast and a bottle of water upon departure. 🙂 Cons: Greater distance to the center, and I would like an equipped wellness center. But it is not there.

Wonderful hotel! We highly recommend! Customer service was top notch. Parking was easy. ($12/night.) The breakfast buffet was the best we’ve seen. So many options. Lots of space to eat inside and outside. Hardly felt crowded at all. The train stop is out near the front of the hotel. It was very easy to get into the city. You won’t regret a stay here.
