Nice Hotel and location is good! Near to a lot of main attractions. Got a free small Gift when we checked in. so sweet!

Terrible experience. The hotel is nice but be warned they had the AC turned off for the rooms. It was miserably hot in the rooms. Had to call multiple times for a fan. The fan barely helped. I would never stay at this hotel again. Paid way too much to be uncomfortable all night.

Toilet floor is quite cold. And showing space is a bit small.

Good breakfast. Standard room is a bit small. Good to have gym in the hotel but no other amenities.

I perfectly love this place and would definitely book again. Only comment is that the doors are quite loud when closing and the rooms are not soundproof. Other than those, this hotel is perfect to stay at in Prague!

Great hotel stay, was assigned a room all the way at the end of the hall which is a little inconvenience for a female solo traveller. Good service and hotel breakfast menu

Check in and check out were quick and pleasant. Excellent location- within walking distance to old town, florenc bus station. Also near the main train station. Breakfast was nice as well.

Good location, good service

The location is so close to beer spa and the bus station. The staff is very friendly and the room is good too. The most important thing is that their breakfast is really good , many choices!!! must go for it if you go to prague

Excellent location nice breakfast spread.

The location of the hotel was excellent with a few steps away from trams and metro. It is also within walkable distance to the Old Town Square of Prague. Breakfast is not included but the hotel is close to a big shopping mall where you can also buy many things including a super market. The room is very clean and nicely furnished with a super high headroom that gives it a very spacious feeling. The bed and pillow is on the soft side of thats part of your consideration. The room also provides complementary slippers and drinking water bottles which is a huge plus for me. One drawback was the staff didn't explain clearly whether complementary breakfast was provided after asking us to become a hotel member. We thought it would be provided but the restaurant staff said otherwise. We didnt really mind as there is a lot of other breakfast options nearby. We just wanted things to be clear.

There is a big shopping mall with lots of food eateries available just 2 minutes' walk from the hotel. The check in staff and the bell boy are very friendly and helpful. The hotel rooms is well designed with high ceiling. Over all a pleasant stay and always feel welcome when seeing the staff.
