The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very friendly! Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is old but has renovated. The location is fantastic. In the centre of everything. The breakfast is excellent. The public parking is safe and good. 300m. So one can drop their bags and park safely in the parking at reasonable fee.

Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of tourist area, and has an on site restaurant and a small basic gym room. Room is clean.

we were happy to have booked this hotel which is right in the center of everything. Our room was well designed, furnished, and functional. It is clean and our unit facing the square. Yet it is not noisy at nights for a good sleep. The receptionists are helpful and friendly. We love the bar serving good wine and beer and the it is relaxing after a long day out. The breakfast is superb . We love their portugese tart placed at the reception counter. Will surely recommend to our friends to use this hotel .

Stayed here for 1 night as I had to be in the area before I moved into an other hotel within walking distance. The location is great but this hotel is very dated and basic. Sink was leaking as well in my room. Not really worth the price IMO there are better options around the area. Location is central and very convenient tho!

The hotel is just opposite the Church of San Ildefonso in Liberty Square, very close to the shopping street, and only 15 minutes to the old street by the Douro River. The room space is OK, and the small balcony overlooks the Liberty Square and the Douro River in the distance.

Although the room is small, the supplies are comprehensive and replenished quickly. There is a water heater, which makes it much more convenient to drink tea. Our room faced the inner residential area, which was quiet, and the other guests were also very conscious and quiet. Nice accommodation experience.
