Cleaniless can be improved as they were stains on the bedsheet. Overall, good place to stay with if you are driving as there were lots of eateries nearby. Will be back again!

Booked the signature deluxe king room with sofa n bathtub. But hotel reception said only the executive king room has the bathtub. Trip.com is not updated. Overpaid for nothing. Toilet also has strong sewage smell.

It was a very pleasant stay & everything went smoothly. Location is very central to all kinds of eateries.

If you are deciding to stay at Jln Permas area and looking for a decent room, Miyabi is the place. Fuss free, you can get a decent night's sleep without the expensive price. Room is of a decent size, comes with basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo and body wash. Water is also hot and of decent pressure. Good for couples and families, there are rooms with 2 double beds. Reception speaks English, very friendly. There's a security guard outside the hotel, however I'm not too sure how safe it is to park your car overnight. We parked our car at the opposite R*** hotel.

I stayed here once in 2023 and the experience was pretty good. I thought it was clean and not expensive. So I stayed at the same hotel again this time. However, the hotel I stayed in this time was not as good as before. It felt like the standard had dropped. The pillowcases were all dirty.

I have been staying here whenever I am overnight in JB and it's really have been a wonderful experience! The room have everything you need except room slippers but it's highly recommended to stay here 🥰

The front desk staff were polite and friendly, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The room did not have a fridge, but there was a water cooler outside and a shared public fridge for guests to use. My biggest concern was the soundproofing—staying in a ground-level room, I could hear conversations, footsteps, and door slams from the hallways and adjacent rooms, which made it difficult to rest peacefully. If you're looking for an affordable stay and don’t mind some noise, this hotel could still be a decent option.

The hotel was comfortable, and had a cozy vibe. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with food and shops nearby.

The hotel is so far okay. Not so fantastic but overall is considered not bad as there are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The check in was smooth and easy. The room was also clean and although on the ground floor it was not too noisy.
