The front desk staff were nice and polite. The property was clean and presentable. Room was clean and and television was working perfectly. I have been getting hotels where either the internet was down or television was inoperable.

Unfortunately they are under remodel and they did not let us know when making the reservation. It was so loud we could not hear the TV. It was dirty. Breakfast started late. Trash cans full before Breakfast started. Morning manager very rude. First time we ever had an experience like this at a Hampton.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. I booked a connecting room with one room having a king bed and the other having a double bed. The rooms appeared clean on arrival save and except a few tiny stains on the sheets. The beds were comfortable. However almost to the end of the stay our soap and body wash was not replenished and when we asked the front desk they did not have. Luckily I had my own. The front desk staff was unfriendly and looked annoyed that we were checking in. The toilet in the king bedroom overflowed on the last day after the first flush for the day. The AC unit was also noisy in the double bed room even though maintenance paid a visit to fix it. We were woken up by children running in the halls at 6 am each morning and guests slamming the doors to their rooms. Breakfast was decent but the lobby could use some serious updating. Not the Hampton standard I’m accustomed to.

The hotel is in poor condition. The AC unit in our room was loud enough to keep us awake; the toilet “cycled” quite a bit, the plugs built into the cabinet holding the refrigerator and microwave didn’t work, and we weren’t notified at check-in that rooms are only serviced every other day. The breakfast area was not kept clean and the tables rocked. One had to clean off a table to use it. We were there for 2 days. I notified the front desk attendant of the problems with our room on our way out about the problems in the room and was told that it would be fixed while we were out. We can back to find that none of the problems had been addressed. I have had a number of good experiences with Hampton Inns; this wasn’t one of them.

Carpets haven’t been cleaned in awhile room dusty phone not working breakfast isn’t all that under construction so be aware of noise

Wow, just not the hotel that we have stayed in many times over the past years .. We were not even informed that they are renovating?? Which meant getting rest during the day did not happen. I even recommended this hotel to friends & I now feel so bad .. while the hotel is clean , they seem to have neglected many things due to the renovations, the pool is not being cared for. There is a strong smell of cleaning solution that is very overpowering, elevators don’t work properly & is a mess( granted they probably are using them for renovation too) stay somewhere else , for the cost of what I paid , there are lots better close by
