The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-12 AM, anytime after would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(4 PM-11 PM).2 - Early check-in for $50/hour and late check-outs for $100/hour. This is offered based on availability.3 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.4 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (10 AM), changes can not be done after 10 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.5 - No courtesy refunds are provided.6 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.7 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.8 - REGISTRATION POLICY:Registration is a mandatory step after booking. It requires the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation.
