The room was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There was a strong moldy smell, and I noticed stains on the headboard, walls, shower, tub, and couch. In the first room I was given, the bathroom sink was leaking, leaving the carpet soaked, and the pipes were rusted. Overall, the hotel feels old, unclean, and not properly cared for.

The front office team were professional and friendly. The initial handicap room were placed in was surprisingly larger than usual and comfortable; however, on the third night of our stay a large roach moved in and we were moved to room next door which was much smaller and cramped and my husband uses needed wheelchair/scooter access and there was no bathroom accommodation for handicap.
