Gabby and Derek were charming as usual and the checking in process was great. The bathroom in my room had hair matted in a corner and an additional used wash cloth was hanging on the shower curtain rod. I still consider this hotel as one of my favorites and a hiccup or two won’t prevent me from coming back. The amenities and breakfast are nice and the staff are always pleasant and welcoming.

Уютный отель, как-то как загородном, такой стиль и вайб загородности. Хорошие матрасы, большие номера. Я вот не знаю, может во всех отелях в этом районе мягкая вода? (Когда невозможно смыть мыло и всё время мыльный и какой-то липкий..) останавливались ещё в другом (минут 20 от этого, так там тоже мыло не смывалось..) Завтраки ооочень скромные. Даже нет йогурта, только молоко для сирилов, яичница, хлеб, котлета. Есть аппарат для фафлей.

WE STAYED HERE Because we spent the day driving and the evening shopping , we were exhausted! And had an early flight next day Where do I start ! No full time person at the front desk no matter the time of day , so you need to stand infront of a computer screen and talk to someone through that from a remote location! I will add that does not give a flying F about you .. THE ROOM We arrived October 11th 2025 Got our room key 6 of us total 2 rooms .. open the doors and this stench hit us in the face of must / mould and just stink ! To the point we had to catch our breath and walk out. At that time we walked over to our friends room and it was the same thing , they were about to walk out for the same reason ! We went to the computer screen in the lobby and this girl on the other end was smiling and giggling to somone else in another “ foreign “ language. And told us the hotel was full and could not do anything for us !, after finally getting somone at the front desk we were told we can be moved to another room .. YES !!!! Next room was the exact same ! Dirty used towels in the rooms , 1/4 rolls of toilet paper , black mould in corners , Carpet soaked ! They tried to mask the smells with Fabreeze! The only reason we stayed was we spent the day driving from the Keys and then shopping at outlet and never got to the hotel till approx 9:30 EXHAUSTED!! We slept with clothes on and even left 6 hours early the next morning so we could get out of there!! My 15 years of traveling this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in ! Avoid this place at all costs ! Wyndham should be ashamed ! It’s not hard to tell what hotels are ran by foreigners!
