Nice resort good location staff friendly will come again Happy holiday

Satisfied with my stay here. Room nice, clean and relaxing and cozy. Breakfast is good and relaxing. Staff here are friendly and helpful. Will return to the hotel for my second holiday.bye

1. The rooms were quite run down. The windows, doors were creaking. I booked very early in March. But they did not give me balcony and we cannot even see the beach. 2. I had rooms with different problems. Leaking water from roof, kids slipped and fell. Lights did not function. Air-conditioning were not working properly. The flushing system was not good as well. The place not well-maintained at all. 3. We had coffee and they didn’t not refill the coffee sachets. No hotel slippers. 4. When I wrote in to confirm my bookings as I booked for 17 rooms. Replied came very slow and till the end, no reply as I add on a last room. 5. They did not tell us that security deposit is in cash, and because we had so many rooms, our security deposit were quite substantial. We did not set aside the amount. If they had informed me, when they email return reply to me, we would have set aside and not start digging out the cash on spot. The only thing that was commendable was the breakfast. It was good and had a variety. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

helpedThe hotel has a lot going for it, helpful and professional staff, a nice pool, spacious rooms, and a great view. Breakfast was good too. But all of this doesn’t matter if you can’t get a good night’s sleep. My wife and I couldn't sleep due to constant BED BUGS biting. We ended up using insect repellent in the middle of the night, but it only helped for a short while. We’ve been in Thailand for 13 days, staying in six different hotels, and this was our first time dealing with bed bugs. For a premium hotel that charges premium rates, I expected better. Unfortunately, I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel is cozy, the rooms are clean , we had swimming pool view room and it’s better then the sea view , because the hotel close to the road and there was a lot of bikes .. the breakfast was amazing 🔥 The good choice for this price

We wrongly booked superior rooms, which were very far to the entrance and no view. Hence, we paid more to change the rooms with Seaview and close to the entrance. The services were great and rooms were clean. But the beach near to the hotel cannot swim, there are a lot of seaweed and smelly. ~10-15 mins walk to water activities and swimming area.

From check-in to check-out, my stay was pure luxury. The rooms were exquisite, the dining divine, and the service impeccable. With breathtaking views, top-notch facilities, and staff who anticipate your every need, this hotel sets the standard for excellence. The hotel's facilities left nothing to be desired. The fitness center boasted top-of-the-line equipment, making it easy to stick to my workout routine even while traveling. The spa, with its indulgent treatments and serene ambiance, provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Speaking of the rooms, mine was nothing short of exquisite. Luxurious furnishings, plush bedding, and state-of-the-art amenities ensured that my stay was nothing short of indulgent. The panoramic views of the city skyline from my window were simply breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset.

Negative feedback: The hotel is old, room door access often has issue, have to call receptionist to open the door several times. Hotel only provide one door access card for twin room; it is very inconvenient. Request another card from receptionist, he refuse to give the card and insisted only give 1 card. Positive feedback: Location wise consider good, just opposite the Patong Beach Room is spacious

I love it here so quiet and staff are very polite specially the Thai women at the front desk very help full , we will be back again next year the pictures is from my room when it was raining ❤️

Located at the end of patong beach, nice and quiet at the same time just a waliking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. Hotel is very clean, big room, staff are friendly, breakfast is ok. Nice and cozy hotel to relax.
