The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was super strong. It was cleaned well every day, and the front desk processed check-ins quickly. They even spoke a little Chinese and were very professional. The ground floor with the garden was super beautiful, and breakfast was great, from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

The environment here is great. You just cross the road and you're on the beach. The hotel itself has gardens, a pool, slides, and even a small zoo! The breakfast was also delicious, and the staff provided good service. Highly recommended!

The room was okay, a bit old. I had to wait a long time to check in, and then they rushed me to check out. It left a bad impression.

We had an amazing stay at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket . The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning aesthetics and well-maintained grounds that make it feel like a tropical paradise. The pools were fantastic, and the slides were great fun, making them perfect for both adults and children. One of the highlights of our stay was the buffet breakfast. There was an excellent variety of food available every morning, with plenty of choices to suit everyone. The quality and selection were outstanding. A special mention goes to Eddie from the concierge team. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always greeting us with a smile and taking the time to chat with us. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference to our experience. Eddie is a genuine asset to the company and helped make our stay even more memorable. Thank you to the entire team at Thavorn Palm Beach Resort for a wonderful holiday. We would happily stay here again.

One of the best hotels on Phuket. Great sunset and sunrise view, 2 huge pools and a third kinda private pool with a bar. There are a huge choice of room types. You can choose a room with a private pool, beautiful garden view and enter room, pool view and if you want to see the ocean you have to choose the room on the 3rd floor. The place where the hotel stands is really good, 2 minutes walk to nearest market and a food alley. A lot of children are here so you should be ready to hear noisy children in a pool area. Also there’s an issue with a mosquitos during the night and early morning so you should buy a mosquito spray. They have it in the room but mine was almost finished. The hotel looks old-fashioned so there will be a strong feeling that you’re in 70-80s) also the breakfast there has an incredible choice including wine, yogurt granolas, vegetarian food, porridge and even a kimchi, so you’ll definitely find something tasty. They also have everything that you need in the room including cool big beach bags (you can also buy it for 1500 baht. Prices for the food in a restaurant is overpriced so it’s better for you to be ready to spend some money or go a few minutes and find some restaurants on the street

Nine years later, and not much has changed – the facilities are quite old now. The duvet felt damp when I checked in. The pool has been updated nicely, and the restaurant service is 100% fantastic, everyone is really enthusiastic! The front desk staff, however, weren't very welcoming. When I asked about a late checkout, they wanted 2000 baht, so I just decided to go for a 'Let's Relax' massage instead. Good for young kids.

Don't like this old place. The lobby has no fan. The bed in the room was uncomfortable and had a strange smell. Definitely not worth a 5-star price. It's just bad, and inconvenient to get around. The only good thing is that the back door opens right onto Karon Beach.

The hotel atmosphere was excellent, the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade — truly appreciated the great hospitality. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. Phuket itself is amazing with stunning sea views, relaxing beaches, and a perfect vacation vibe. Watching the scenery around Karon Beach was unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Phuket!

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, offering excellent accessibility. The rooms boast superior soundproofing and blackout capabilities, along with high-density bedding and smart control systems, ensuring a high-quality resting experience. Housekeeping adheres to strict hygiene standards, with high-touch surfaces thoroughly disinfected. The service staff are well-trained, responsive, and respectful of guests' privacy. Overall, both the facilities and service quality meet the standards for high-end business hospitality.

The room was okay, but the service was just so-so, not particularly good or enthusiastic. It was a 'deluxe sea view room,' but you could only see a tiny bit of the sea from room 522; it felt more like a garden view. However, the hotel's surroundings are lovely, and you can walk straight to the beach from behind Building A.

Hotel location is great with lots of amenities nearby walking distance if you’re not driving or riding bike. Breakfast buffet has good options and selections. Front desk staff are great and very accommodating. Room is clean and comfortable with decent amenities. Getting to the beach is really convenient, just across the road. Pools are really nice too with different slides for play and suitable for kids and adults alike. Overall a very good hotel.

I traveled during the Chinese New Year, specifically choosing this hotel for its large waterslide, perfect for a family trip. Upon checking in at night, the lobby looked a bit dated. I had read reviews mentioning the hotel was older, which is why I booked a room in the new wing with a pool. To my surprise, the room I was given faced the main road! (See pictures 1-2-3) First, it was incredibly noisy from the street, with motorcycles blaring music and buses passing by. There was even a homeless person constantly playing DJ music across the street – non-stop! Second, the tiny pool outside the room had no railings whatsoever! Anyone could easily climb over the wall and get in! Third, the sliding door from the room to the pool couldn't even be locked! It felt very unsafe! Fourth, the room was extremely damp, and the blankets felt soaking wet! Fifth, there were small bugs in the room, clearly indicating it hadn't been properly cleaned! I paid over 3000 yuan for a night and ended up sleeping next to a main road! As soon as I saw the room's location, I asked to switch, but the hotel informed me they had no other rooms available. They said I could move to a room slightly closer to the courtyard the next day, but after seeing it, it was just as bad. I couldn't sleep a wink that entire night! I felt constantly uneasy, worried someone might break in! I was very dissatisfied, especially since I had noted my preferences when booking! Thankfully, Trip.com customer service was very helpful, comforting me and liaising with the hotel. Nevertheless, my first night was sleepless, which really affected my vacation mood 💢. The next day, the front desk called and offered to move me to a courtyard room, but I had to wait until the afternoon for it to be cleaned. So I waited and waited, forcing me to cancel my planned trip to Phuket Town and just spend time by the pool instead. The start of this trip was disappointing, but I appreciate Trip.com's customer service for their solutions and communication. If I had gotten the room type shown in pictures 4-5-8-9, along with the hotel's four kids' pools 🏊, it would have been fantastic. You could have a full theme park experience without leaving the hotel, making it perfect for families. The hotel also has a pet park, but it has strict time limits 🚫 – they won't let you stay an extra minute past closing. On a positive note, the hotel provided 2 free beer vouchers and meal vouchers daily, which was a great value. You could use them at the bar by the pool for drinks, and the meal vouchers could be used at the hotel's breakfast area or a pizza place outside the hotel. The hotel offered a buffet, while the pizza place was à la carte. I was very happy with this. The beach is very close, right across from the hotel, and there are also places to eat nearby. However, it's quite a distance from Phuket Town, island hopping tours, and ** shows, so you'll need transportation. If you choose this room type, make sure to get a room facing the courtyard!

So incredibly satisfied! June provided excellent service, she was super patient and helpful. I highly recommend finding her if you visit! She speaks Chinese and explained everything in great detail, which immediately put us at ease. The facilities are great and the room was very clean! We stayed in the building next to the reception, which had sea views and we could even feed little animals – it was very therapeutic. All the staff were very kind and helpful! We had no worries at all, and the lunch we ordered was also quite good. After checking out, there's a lounge in the lobby where I even managed to have a meeting.
