The room was not great, I was especially surprised by the blanket when checking in, in a 5 star hotel they put a blanket in which all the fluff was crumpled and when I asked "is this normal? They answered Yes!" But of course they replaced it, but the fact of that is not very good. Plus the toilet did not work, I had to do it too. But the breakfasts are great and the view from the lobby bar too. There is a good children's room where you can leave the kids. Be prepared that the hotel is in the Soviet Union and they cannot always pick you up and take you to your room.

The location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, but the food at dinner time could be improved re the choice and the flavour. Also it’s a bit overpriced. In general, we had a great time inside the hotel area - it’s spacious with lots of good views. Compared to other hotels, it’s a bit pricey, but we will recommend it to our friends.
