We arrived a few minutes prior to check in and were told by the lady in the coffee shop below that they hadn’t cleaned our room yet and we’d need to wait twenty minutes. We happily sat down with a coffee to wait. Thirty minutes later, I attempted to follow the  check in instructions left to me but the room key was not left where the instructions said it would be so I checked with the lady in the coffee shop again. She told me my room still wasn’t clean. I ended up waiting 50 minutes after check in before she told me it was ready and the key should be there. Again, I tried to follow the check in instructions but our key wasn’t there. I checked with the coffee shop lady again (separately owned business, but she was so incredibly helpful despite it not being her job to help!). She then took pictures of my reservation confirmation and called the owner. The owner said he had double booked the room and other people had already been in the room this whole time. He couldn’t find confirmation of my booking anywhere. The coffee shop owner then said the owner would reach out to me through the platform several times. At this point, I also reached out to support. Support said the owner would reach out to me through the platform. He never did. Instead, I got another automated email telling me how to check into my room (same instructions). Finally, two hours after check in time, support reaches out to me and says they have an “upgrade” to another room and that room is ready for me. I follow the instructions to check into that room (which by the way isn’t an upgrade - it’s the same level/price). The room hasn’t been cleaned - the bed is unmade and slept in, used towels are on the floor, dirty dishes are in the sink and trash is on the table. I reach out to support and let them know. The coffee shop lady also checks on me and I tell her. My husband and I walk around town a bit waiting for our room to be cleaned. An hour later, support messages me that the room has been cleaned. Spoiler alert: it hasn’t even been touched. We let support know again. Our room didn’t end up being cleaned or ready until sometime between 6-7pm, 4-5 hours after check in.  Another couple was also waiting for their room beyond check in time with us originally. Their room was ready a bit sooner than ours, but they later told us they didn’t have any electricity in their room and had to move rooms.  Pros: the location was nice if you want to explore old town and the coffee shop below was superb. Cons: super difficult and late check-in, didn’t receive the room I booked, poor communication, bed was so hard I checked to see if it was even a mattress (and I prefer hard beds!), shoddy cleaning, and the room is set up with windows to the inside of the downstairs businesses -  lights in those businesses were left on overnight making our room pretty bright overnight.

A very stylish boutique hotel, A room with a open kitchen, living room and balcony. It would be great stay when live for a long while. Comfortable stay, convenient location with bars, restaurants, cafes and souvenir shops. Only small things needa be improve. Drainage in the shower, hot water for shower and dishes should be cleaned. I’ll come back to this hotel again and again.

Stayed at Winter Room. Spacious room for the price paid. Feel like home. Only thing bad is the sound proofing quite bad.

Very good location in old phuket town. Warm and welcoming staff.

There is no communication. Anyway, I am not good at English. It is really great. The way to enter the room is very simple. I regretted that I spent too many days on the sea. I felt back to the world when I came to the town. I should have stayed one more night. The location is very good, the room is spacious enough and there is a terrace. I have strongly recommended it to my friends. The only bug is that the stairs are narrow and long. It really took my life to lift a big box.

If you stay here, you will have to endure all the worst that can happen when there is no front desk. 1) There is a cafe on the first floor and there is no separate front desk. I asked the cafe staff how to get there and went upstairs. There was no specific guidance and they didn't take the required passport photos for foreign travelers, so I was quite anxious. When I asked the cafe staff about this, they said they didn't know. The card key is also taken out of a box, so I couldn't meet the reception staff. 2) I stayed in the autumn room. It's on the third floor, but there is no elevator and the stairs are very narrow. It will be very difficult to go up with a large suitcase. If the suitcase is heavy, it can be a safety hazard due to the unstable posture. 3) This is where it gets really difficult. Two people have to use two towels for two days. There is no room cleaning service, so there is no front desk to ask for more towels. I inquired by email, but they didn't respond, and I didn't hear anything back even after I checked out. On the second day, I went on a tour that included swimming, so I wanted to wash up cleanly, but I had to use the same towel I used. The water pressure in the shower was very bad. I had to wash for a long time. 4) The worst situation is from now on. On the second morning, the door card key suddenly stopped working. Since I had to go on a tour early in the morning, I sent an email asking for something to be done because the card key was not working. I was relieved when I received a reply email saying that a staff member would visit and take action. I returned to the accommodation around 10 PM, but the card key still did not work. I asked what was happening by email, and even after calling the overseas contact number provided 10 times, they did not answer. On the 11th time, a man answered the phone, and when I explained the situation, he said he would call me back in 5 minutes, but he did not answer for 20 minutes. I waited in front of the door and when I called again, he said in a somewhat difficult to understand pronunciation that he would solve the problem. I did not receive any offline response from this accommodation until the end, and after struggling online to open the door, it opened after 30 minutes for a reason that was difficult to understand. I think they had a systematic program that opened because they were too lazy to come in person, but the solution didn't work cleanly, so we couldn't go in and had to spend almost an hour struggling. The condition of the accommodation was not bad, and there were quite a few points that I liked, but I can't help but say that you should never stay at this accommodation because I had such a bad experience for two days. I'll say it again, this is an accommodation where you will experience all the disadvantages of not having a front desk. If you choose this place, be prepared to endure all of that and make a reservation.

This is really my dream hotel, I highly recommend it! ! ! ! First of all, the location in Phuket Town is very convenient for transportation. The only downside is that the nearby 711 is a few hundred meters away. This time we stayed in the Autumn Room, which is on the 3rd floor and has a terrace. The terrace can directly see the night view of Phuket Town! ! ! It rained during the days when we stayed, and it was really good to sleep in the rain. The room is very well equipped, with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, and tableware, so it is very suitable for family or friends to travel. The only drawback may be that from check-in to check-out, I didn’t see a staff member, and no one came to collect the garbage. It’s completely self-service. The advantage is that you don’t have to worry about someone coming in to look through your things. It depends on personal habits. If you enjoy hotel-style management, you should stay in a hotel. If there is a next time, I will still choose here

Facilities: There is a cafe downstairs, and there is a restaurant at the intersection a few steps away. It is super delicious. I might stay here again for it. Hygiene: What can I say? Such a serviced apartment is indeed not as clean as a hotel, but it is generally OK. Environment: The surrounding is too convenient. Service: The service is average, but you need to wait if there is a problem. The housekeeper can tolerate it for the sake of the serviced apartment! In general, it is worth the price! The coffee is delicious. There is room for improvement, and it can be done better!
