It’s small nice cute clean hotel . Owner and her team very friendly and helpful! Inside everything as in other hotels in Phuket. Location is ok! 15 min walk to two beaches! There is 2 parts ：first -main corpus ,hotel with huge balcony next to it kinda bungalows with swimming pool. With kitchen and without, looks like gust house. Very quiet. You need to choose what do you like more!

There are no windows or exhaust fans in the toilet,It will be very stuffy and hot.The window of the room is basically useless, and it is also very hot without turning on the air conditioning.There are two dogs at the front desk, and every time they arrive on the first floor, they will bark and even pounce, which is very scary. Those who don't like dogs need special attention.The kitchen is fully equipped,Not much shower water.

Amazing stay - we absolutely loved it here, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the rooms are so clean and equipped with everything you need. The pool is so nice and never busy or overfilled with people. Absolutely incredible, the bed was comfy, I would just say maybe needs more than one pillow but that is down to personal preference! The rooms are cleaned everyday and refilled with fresh drinking water, have a safe, a fridge and all in all a 10/10 experience. I would most definitely return to the property, the location is brilliant, you can walk everywhere and there is such lovely local restaurants and bars.

The front desk staff not welcoming and friendly while I check in but very friendly while I check out. I am not sure why. Room size was good but didn't really enjoy in the room. Bed was really comfortable though. Lighting in room was too bright. Location is no good, too far to walk to beach and 6 mins walk to the nearest family mart and need to cross the very busy highway.

We had an amazing stay over at Tranquil Villa. Price was affordable what more it looks like a villa. Staff was super friendly. We love the place and would come bck again.

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel lives up to its name: the area is quite quiet and calm. Pros: 1. Wonderful hostess! Very kind, attentive and caring. Always accommodating and ready to help. It is obvious that she cares about her hotel, so everything is clean and tidy. 2. Delicious buffet breakfasts. Mostly eggs, but we never left hungry. If you stay here, I recommend having breakfast at the hotel. Or at least trying it. 3. Cleaning. The area is cleaned daily, practically throughout the day. The cleaning of the rooms themselves is also high-quality. 4. Cheap bike rental. Cons: 1. The first and most important minus for us follows from the plus - room cleaning. Upon check-in, we were given several towels, during our stay and daily cleaning, the cleaning service changed them. When checking out, they tell us that we are missing one small towel in our room. We are shocked, how could this happen. It's not that we didn't take them with us, we didn't use them at all! That's why we didn't keep track of how many small towels we had every day. We always took only large ones. Moreover, I took my small towel from home (from Russia), so we didn't need someone else's. As a result, after their statement, I go through all the suitcases at the reception, thinking maybe they threw it somewhere with the things - it's nowhere. They go to look in the room - they don't find it there and say that we need to pay 200 baht for it. Of course, we paid, but leaving the hotel as "thieves" is not very pleasant. As soon as we checked into another hotel, I went through all the things again and naturally I didn't find any of their towels. I don't want to think that this was set up on purpose, so I highly recommend that the hotel sort things out with the staff, because If we didn't take this towel, then someone else took it. Or they simply didn't put it in for us during cleaning. P.S. The hostess was not there when we checked out the room. Maybe she would have sorted out the situation. 2. Road noise. You can hear it loudly, even if the windows overlook the yard. We only slept with earplugs. Bottom line: If you want a quiet, relaxing holiday, this is your option. But be sure to check the availability of towels, etc. after each cleaning, if you don't want to end up in our place. We ourselves would have wanted to come back here later, if not for this situation.

It's a long walk to the beach, this is the main disadvantage. It seemed closer on the map. The path to Buddha is very difficult, it seems that it is close, but in fact it is very far, and taking a taxi from this point is far and expensive. The hotel itself is very beautiful, spacious inside, pleasant to be in, good service. The downside was with the jacuzzi - it was a cold bath with stagnant water, it smelled of dampness and mud. Based on the photo, I was hoping to lie in a hot bath and relax, but in fact I never got into it. I recommend the hotel for stay for those who are on transport. Otherwise, the location is not particularly comfortable. By the way, the hotel itself has cheap options for booking bikes and a convenient laundry service.

The hotel room is spacious, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is rich, and it is within walking distance from Kata Beach, Karon Beach, and Phuket Big Buddha

The living conditions are amazing! The only negative is the distance from everything.

We rested in May 2023, who wants peace and privacy, you are here!. We lived in a hotel, the room is large, cleaning every day, the hostess of the hotel is very friendly, helpful woman. There is a good pool on the territory. We will definitely return here
