I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. From the moment I checked in, I was met with unprofessional behavior and a complete lack of hospitality. Whenever I needed assistance, the staff seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. It felt like they didn’t care about the guests at all. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay

We loved this place, it is clean and simple just like in the picture. We stayed a long time and it was a very nice experience.

The hotel was very nice, but the reservation stated that it included shampoo, gel, toothbrush, mask, hairdryer and there was none of that, just two bars of hand soap and nothing else.
