Beautiful resort and peaceful place near the beach and facilities around beautiful swimming pool with beautiful views from the room

Not recommended. This hotel does not respect their customers at all. Their staff even attempted to attack one of my family members. We stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. On the first day, we had around 8 family members eating inside the restaurant between 6-7pm. One of the staff came in and turned off the air-conditioning without notifying us while we were still eating. Again, on the third day, we were sitting inside the restaurant planning to have dinner because it was heavily raining. We waited about 15 minutes, but none of the staff came to take our order. Finally, the same staff member from the first day came in and once again turned off the air-conditioning without notifying us, ignored us, and left. We went out and asked him why he turned off the air-conditioning while we were waiting to order. We asked and spoke to him without attacking him, but he tried to attack one of my family members. We quickly left. However, other staff and hotel guards also tried to attack my family members without knowing the full situation. I can confidently say that this is the worst hotel and customer service experience I have had in Thailand. Note: The hotel's restaurant operating hours are from 10am to 10pm daily. If your staff do not want to serve hotel guests for dinner between 6-7pm, please changing your operating hours. The way you treat your guests is completely unacceptable.

Despite being in Patong it is quite peaceful and quiet. Though they don’t have gym and sauna they still have a nice pool. Staff were very friendly.

Good location, basic english speaking, easy muslim eatieries nearby. tips; walk along the main road, cheapest foot massage only 150B.

The resort room was clean and tidy. Smart TV was good and can watch youtube and netflix. Toilet was ok but the bathtub was faulty as the stopper could not be used. Everyday at about 3pm local time, the staff would come and ask if you need room cleaning service. They do not have the tag “do not disturb”, and they will enter the room if you’re not around. Something to improve on. However, i would stay here again next time!

Great location, close to the beach yet close to restaurants and far enough from Bangladesh street to still be quiet at night. Great pool and staff too. They personally drove me to the Airport on my way out

Booked a Triple Room and it was a little dull, with minimal lightings. Room located on 3rd floor without lift. Aircon is not cooling with dripping issues late in the night. Hotel does not provide free ice cubes and it was not communicated upon request. When we call and asked for it no one told us it's chargeable and upon multiple reminders, restaurant came banging on door with ice bucket and demand instant pay up in cash in a very rude and annoyance tone. Shouldn't it be on the tab under hotel room? Walking to beach requires walking pass along the muslim cemetery (for prospective stayers) Room is basic, kitchen is redundant since no cooking allowed. Ample luggage space and water pressure in toilet is good. Roach spotted in the room once. And flies flew in whenever we open the balcony door

The hotel have a great location and the room has great, I think it’s the best place to stay in Patong if you want something great but not expensive

Very pleasant. Close but quiet. Kept our luggage 2 days when we went to kho phi phi.thank u for that.excellant Italian restaurant just nearby.

Nice room & location. But the bed is double bed. Better if queen bed

Good hotel, I got upgraded and the staff was very nice!

Good location. It's quiet but close to beach and shops and restaraunts. Small room, basic box, not enough space even to put or hang your clothes. Pretty well maintained but AC drying mode don't work and room is slightly damp all the time. Pool size is ok but small amount of sunbeds. Good breakfast with enough options to choose from. Very polite personnel.
