I really like this hotel. Good location near to the central phuket shopping mall. Room is super big and comfortable. Breakfast was super delicious and so many choices. They gave us 2 bottles of water every day and cleaned room every day but not cleaned very well. Sleeping room air condition wasn’t working good specially night was super hot. First day we had pool towel but second day they got it back and didn’t give us new one. Other thing was super good. If you wanna rent motorcycle they have so many choices. They have happy hours get one drink get one free between 2p.m-17p.m Cocktails and foods was so good. Pool is nice. Also morning breakfast they have coffee 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Beautiful pool, clean hotel and staff is helpful. Hotel is few hundreds meters from Central Phuket where you can shop and enjoy the food court on very reasonable prices.

I had an excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. However, the hotel must enhance the drying speed for bathroom water and moisture. This is crucial for a more comfortable experience.

just now New Exceptional customer service. Staff are really friendly. Very spacious and clean rooms. Lots of options for breakfast - freshly made good food. They have an older side of the building called building 1 and the newer side called building 2. Rooms in building 2 are fabulous. Whereas building 1 rooms are more of a budget style. I would suggest to pay the extra small amount and stay in the the new building. There is a local walking distance shopping centre. In a nice, quiet area. Hotel customer service is just great. They put up balloons and decorated the room for my birthday which was really sweet.

Hotel is near to phuket town. The bed was so big. I book twin room. The bed size i got two queen bed. Overall okay

The room was normal. Abit old skool. The con is the shower room still using the head that is attached to the wall which is inconvenient for showering children

Nice and big rooms, location is also perfect if you're looking to visit the mall nearby, the hotel also includes a gym near the pool

Nice and simple hotel close to shopping area and many local food around the hotel. Within walking distance to many shipping mall.

Best accommodation ever!

Great experience the stuff is friendly. The food is good at the buffet in the morning room are clean and spacious and it’s just next to Central Phuket. I highly recommend.
