Very good service, good location, friendly staff. It was so nice to stay there.

Decent hotel, nice pool…but it is far from a 7-11

All Staff was friendly, I always check-in at night time and they stand by 24hrs. For reception 10/10

The dreaded kick at the edge of bed that hurt the shin. Stupid bed design. I was being careful mostly but it only takes one inattentive moment to do damage.

Horrible hotel can’t recommend you will get accident by bed also toilet not good and staff too . Repair staff was good but fully management worst

they renovate a lobby without any noticed. no restaurant or 7-11 around

We booked this hotel so that we could be closer to the airport and everything was great. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and it’s also close to 7eleven

Good cheap price and good size room, location not  bad and has parking

The hotel is good. Located next to the bus station, it is convenient if you are traveling further to the islands or to Bangkok. We stayed in a family room and we had two beds, which is convenient for my family. The room is a bit old and there is a smell in it, but everything is clean. We liked it.

I usually stay here when I come to Phuket Town The staff have always been nice. The cafe down the hotel is very good. They have amazing breakfast choices and they are always tasty. One thing I need to mention The towels and linens at the hotel had really strong smell of bleach. I don’t know if they can improve that. It’s quite bothering when you need to dry your face or sleep.

Hotel is clean and equipped. Family room size is good for big families. Staffs are very pleasant. However location is a bit out of the way. Need to have own transport to move around Phuket.

Rooms are nice and clean. The same with the picture. Area is not so popular but If you rent a bike it’s ok. Breakfast was good. Workers were nice and try to fix issues if you have some for example we had issues with internet they give us router to boost internet. And if have sth they try to fix it. So I will say it was pleasant to stay there.

Very decent hotel, everything very clean just the shower pressure was a bit weak but very good in general, the restaurant is not awesome but the place worth it
