It is located in the city center and is convenient as Norma and REWE are right nearby. The room was of a very high quality and I was able to spend two days of perfect relaxation. The blanket is soft and the desk is wide.

It is a good place to stay because is near to center, my room was very quite. In case of a next trip in this city, I will choose this hotel definitely. It seems strange for me the opening way of the doors. Seem unsafe because you can hit someone if he/she is passing on the hall when you open the door.

Hotel receptionists are very nice and helpful, but the facilities are not doing well. My first night was so hard since the room was like a furniture. I had to attend a business meeting with 0 hour sleep since the air conditioning did not work. I reported this the day after and the receptionists took an immediate action.

Service and food of quality from the breakfast restaurant was so kind and nice. The room has enough size, and was clean. Location is also very close to the downtown. Parking lot is available.

Stayed at this property with Go Ahead tours for two nights. Room 513 across from the elevator. Room was quiet, Queen bed with two pillows. Bed was firm and comfortable, but pillows were not great. Room had mini bar, body lotion. Windows open. No complimentary water in room but water and cookies are available in the lobby. Receive a drink coupon if you forgo housekeeping. Breakfast had good choices with eggs made to order. Big negative is not near Bamberg. Town of Erlangen about a 15 min walk. Staff friendly.

A fair hotel, clean, quiet and tidy. Rooms are a bit small, with a small bed. Breakfast was rather boring, with the same options every day. Croissants were baked at least one day before, so not really fresh. Also the a/c in my room (heat) was working the first day but not the second day, instead they brought me a small portable heater.
