We love the place, rooms are big, pretty spacious. Breakfast was good, many varieties both western and local cuisine. We also tried some mix veggie fruit juice and it was really good. Location is good, easy to go around Our children were happy, we checked some of the children activities and tried them. We took the chill and grill package so it includes dinner. To be honest, we were not very happy with the dinner. Under the Mariott brand we expect better. The meat was tough, and in our opinion (as 3 families staying here) the marinating sauce for the grill they use was too acidic. The hawker noodle was too salty. The pineapple fried rice was sour. I had to wait quite long for the fruit platter to refill.

We stayed one night at King Premium room, room was spacious, very clean with King size bed with 4 pillows, there were a long sofa attached to the window so we could chill drinking coffee while seeing through the city view outside. All staff were beyond friendly & fast responded, especially when we asked for additional towel & blanket, not longer than 10 minutes 👏🏻 The hotel was very strategic, we could reach riau street within walks, there were many cafes, restaurants, street foods & factory outlets. It was a gloomy saturday, so we decided to morning walk until braga street, it was fun since the weather was nice, birds were chirping & many people did morning run & walk. A nice experience, we think we’ll be back stay here again in the future. Thank you for the warmth & friendly welcome courtyard 🙏🏻

The hotel is nice only a bit old .. need replacement in few years. The stuff.. they were friendly and helpful. We arrived at the Hotel at 5 in the morning and they let us in the room at 10 aclock , it was a great service because we couldn't sleep at all on the train from Surabaya to Bandung.. Highlights to Yayat the guy from swimming pool. He handed me a towel to warm me up, I was freezing cold, tired and sleepy... while we were waiting for our room by the swimming pool area. Still dark and so cold in the morning in Bandung.... It was a great action. Thank you

I booked pretty late for my weekend trip to Bandung so the price was high but so were my expectations. I was greeted by the staff and told me my room was ready. Got a non smoking, near the lift which was what I wanted. Room was superb. My bed, tgt with the other linens, were fresh and clean. Toilet bowl has an integrated bidet too! I think the rooms have good acoustics too. I did not take hotel breakfast cos there were so many cafes out there to try! Location was strategic too. Service was great and would definitely recommend for anyone coming to bandung! Thanks team for making my stay a pleasurable one.

This one is second time staycation with Courtyard hotel. we are really happy in that facilities and service for food as well. we prepare to stay with that hotel when we are come to Bandung. keep great your commitment courtyard...

One of our fave hotel when visited Bandung. The hotel have very strategic location, comfort room and many variant of the breakfast menu with a great taste. We'd staying here for 3 nights, and surprisingly on our 2nd day the chef came to our table and offering us if we have a request menu for our last day breakfast, and offcourse we request lontong kari and the taste was great. Would love to stay here again ❤️

Everything is just nice, friendly & kind staff, good breakfast & good location. Except for the bed, it was too soft for me😁
