A fantastic hotel, highly recommended! It's newly renovated and wasn't crowded. All the services were excellent and met expectations. The only thing to keep in mind is the more relaxed pace, which is a charming Thai characteristic rather than a flaw of the hotel itself.

Wonderful location, easy walk to the beach and a lot of restaurants nearby. Hotel has been renovated, there are still some works going on (villas). There are 3 pools and it never felt crowded. Breakfast buffet was decent. Overall value for money as it is very affordable for a 4 star resort.

Love this resort so much! Very convenient just few mins walk to the shop from the hotel. Hotel room is clean and environment is very nice. It has 3 pools, the kids love the pool so much. Hotel staffs are all friendly and polite!

I am dissatisfied with my recent stay due to the following issues:
• Children’s pool white drain cover caused falls, including my swollen foot; no fixes made.
• Unannounced power outage for hours; staff denied responsibility, offered only fruit as compensation.
• Room marketed as new but materials worn; neighbor’s doorbell rang in my room due to thin walls.
• Inconsistent housekeeping; bathrobes once left rolled on my bed.
• Post-renovation design unfit for families; toilet and bed separated by a curtain.

This hotel is reeeeealy nice!
Great rooms, friendly stuff, bar at the pool. There are all your needs in 1 place. 7 min to the beach, 3 minutes to shops and restaurants. Has own restorable.

The resort is just newly renovated so the room is new and clean. I also like the location, just 5mins walk to the beach and the airport bus stop.
