Recommended for families. There are facilities for families (children's pool/children's club, etc.). Children can stay for free. Disadvantages: The facilities are a little old, but it does not affect the use. It is not far from the beach, but you have to take a detour to get to the beach (about 12 minutes walk). There is a free shuttle bus. Overall recommendation. Ctrip has good service.

I didn't like the hotel, they clean it poorly, the rooms are not just tired, they don't even smell like 4*, no robes, no slippers. The administrator is insane. In short, in my opinion, the hotel is not worth the money in the current state. The deposit at the hotel is $200. In the bars, they also add tax and fees to the price, so the price was higher than what we paid at a more expensive hotel in January (they didn't charge anything over the price). The slide in the pool is covered in mold while you're climbing it, and the descent into the water is made in such a way that it hurts your butt. We rented a car, there was always a free parking space. There are many cafes and massage parlors nearby. There is a bar nearby, where there was good live music every evening.

The hotel is mainly for families with children, so it is quiet and calm in the evening. They cleaned and changed towels every day. Disposable slippers are not provided, instead there are reusable flip-flops in the rooms, which is strange for this level of the hotel, since there is no desire to wear them after someone. We were on holiday with our family in Thailand for the first time, we really liked the hotel for several reasons - its own green area, convenient location in relation to the beaches of Kata and Karon, the rooms are cleaned daily by the staff, everything you need for a holiday is within walking distance, the staff is friendly, breakfasts are a full buffet, the hotel is on the 2nd line from a busy road, so there is no noise from transport; we lived in a room with a view of the garden - each room has its own terrace, it is pleasant to spend time in the evening, birds singing both early in the morning and in the evening; one-story rooms are also an advantage; in general, we recommend it to everyone

We stayed at the hotel from 16.04 to 23.04.2025. Overall, we liked the hotel. The price and quality match. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The territory is clean. Cleaning every day.
