lovely hotel very clean and good service , however nothing special about the hotel, pool is average

This hotel is amazing. The staff are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. We ate dinner in the restaurant on evening and the food was amazing. The pool is great and there are plenty of sinners well. Definitely would recommend and I would definitely return.

The room is great. But… We tried different massages—they were all the same and didn’t differ in any way. (And please, turn off the AC during treatments.) The restaurant—terrible. The head chef, Maxim, is clearly tired of his job and doesn’t care about the guests at all. The food was bad. How can you fail to make a proper Tom Yum in Thailand?! On top of that, his lack of professionalism in interacting with us stood out—rude, disrespectful, and completely uninterested. Later, we found out that a man got food poisoning at breakfast and spent seven days in the hospital. As in any business (especially a five-star one), service is the most important thing. All of this is the failure of the manager, who, for some reason, is focused on check-ins instead of quality control. The only person worth mentioning positively is the local guy at the entrance (wearing glasses)—always welcoming and very friendly, just like the cleaning staff. The local team is doing a great job! The management consists of people who have no idea what responsibility, quality, and high standards mean.

Lovely little boutique hotel in Bang Tao. Not too far from the beach. Breakfast on the top floor overlooking the unique pool which itself overlooks the ocean although there are a couple of cranes slightly obscuring the view.

There's a lot of construction in the surroundings, so the views are quite poor. The rooms are comfortable, but I don't consider this a 5 star hotel, it doesn't even have a bathtub. Breakfast is available only after 7am, and if you have an early tour you'll be given a tangerine and some of the previous day leftover pastry to take away, without any beverage.

We had the best time ever, the hotel was immaculate, the staff were super friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much for them. Superb location

130€/night (very fair) WiFi 99mbps (very fast) Tasty breakfast! Excellent rooms: I could easily move into this stylish room for long-term. Service is great at front desk (Peach and Boy gave me a very warm welcome) restaurant and bar. Location is close 6min walk to the beach and famous beach clubs. Construction sites around the hotel are a minus but they were known to me and the price was very fair, so no problem. Sauna and gym completed the experience.

A very modern and clean hotel which is children free. Amazing pool and great buffet breakfast. Also there is a free sauna room. The location is great, only a short walk to beach bars and restaurants. There was some construction work but it didn't disturb me at all, the windows are super soundproofed.

Perfect room, perfect breakfast, perfect pool, perfect staff. You might not like the location, because there are plenty buildings under construction and a bit far from the beach (but they have a bus that can deliver you there). While I was swimming in the pool I counted about 15 construction cranes which spoil the view. But the rest is just perfect.

One of my favorite hotels in Phuket. Nice location close to the beach. Spacious & comfy rooms. Professional and friendly staff. I recommend this hotel.

Great breakfast spread, comfortable rooms with good beds. Good location if you rent a scooter. Easy to get to the hotspots. Friendly service, very personal. Swimming pool is a little small, but good view from the 6th floor. Gym and spa might be good, we didn't try
