Family-friendly Hotels in Phuket

The room is clean and great for business purpose. Location is quite far out, restaurant waitress are not the friendliest, quite rude. We didn't ask for the bill, but they sent us a bill out of nowhere while we were having a lunch meeting, asked to come back in 10 minutes time but she just stood right next us. Other than that, everything is great.

Lovely hotel. Everything you need for a trip to Patong. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative would be to avoid using the hotel concierge to book taxis and trips. A trip that the hotel quoted for 3500bht I was able to get outside for half the price. And a taxi to the airport they quote 800bht but outside we found for as little as 500bht. The pool is very nice and the breakfast was OK, but maybe too focused on guests from India and the middle east as there was no beef or pork (bacon) for breakfast.

Was moved to this hotel when our pre-booked hotel canceled on us , I agreed on the principal that the same requests were met as the original booking , IE, kitchen separate bedroom private pool, However when it came to the booking although this hotel was double the price I originally paid none of the amenities were met. Trip.cim representative seemed to think providing a more expensive place to stay would compensate however not the case , everything in this hotel was 3-4 times the price of walking out to the local shops , Sure the pool was big clean and good , however we felt trapped and unable to enjoy this place as we are not millionaires who can pay £240 per night for the amenities we had booked having booked for 4 nights . So overall it may be a good hotel for those who want this but not for us therefore the review is irrelevant Did not want to stay in this area so busy , so loud and so expensive even going to local restraunts to make up for not being able to cook for ourselves was 3 times the price as not being in patong

We are a having a beach room, though it is on second roll, we still able to enjoy seaview, very tranquil environment. The room is very spacious, exceed our expectation!! Food is delicious at Marisa Terrace Restaurant, from breakfast to dinner. The private beach is very quiet, since only house guests have access, no outside people. If you like gardening, you will enjoy the greenery work, every single corner is well designed and the vegetation is carefully selected, plus a lot of artistic decoration is sophisticated arranged. If you like traditional craft work, pay a visit to Craft Thive gift shop, you will find a lot of high quality craft work from Thailand and other countries, the friendly shop MD is very knowledgeable and patience, he will tell you the story behind each craft work. Lastly, I would like to thanks all the staffs for their hospitality services, especially Tiffy at reception, she help to organized our breakfast boxes very early in the morning as we have days trips need to leave hotel before dawn.

Front desk: first we checked in everything was great but hotter around area at the Lobby. Concierge: was helpful, bit if bellboy are nasty not good of service mine.( shall improve by FO) F&B: breakfast was cool shall have a machine for a coffee (5star hotel) Splash water park: was OK but not excellent Location: it there quite a pretty good located easy to walk out right front of the hotel and fine something to eat and buy some cheaper from local grocery local food,there is plenty of restaurants too. (Inside around the hotel it pretty Huge so need a buggy car lol) Overall it's ok worth of money what I spend it for. It's a gem when we checked out!! Deffo! GSA

We had a family room, a spacious room, the 1st floor end of the corridor, which made it quiet. Cleanliness could be a bit better, but only to give some feedback. Staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast is buffet style, good not great. Pools are large and clean, and water slides are the main attraction. The hotel location is excellent, right on the beach, lots of restaurants, bars, and markets nearby. I travelled with my 2 sons and it was a very family-friendly resort and area in general.

Staffs are superb! Rooms are spacious and well equipped amenities. Only Wifi has an unstable connection. We have to keep logging in each time we come back to property. Bidet water pressure abit low but manageable. Overall experience - we love it there!

From the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there. Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try. Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes. Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors. Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.
