I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The apartment was incredibly spacious, and having pool access was a huge bonus. Everything was perfect – the views were stunning, and the location was close to all the fun. I would definitely stay again!

Checked in for a really quick stay, meeting a friend from the airport. Highlights: - Beautiful villa - Friendly staff - Location right on the beach, with restaurants, massage, convenience store & pharmacy all within easy reach of the hotel entrance - Close to the airport - Entrance to waterpark included - Buggies made getting around the property really easy Could be improved: - Had real trouble with the locks on our patio doors not easily locking/unlocking - Room photos showed a bath, but when we arrived there were 2 showers & no bath in our villa Overall: A lovely hotel with friendly & helpful staff in a good location. Lovely hotel and pool , room was great , very very nice bed I think only down side for me and I probs should of said because it’s close to two mange drag bars that Go on till 1-2am is kinda kept me awake for being up at 6am to leave so next time will ask to be other side of hotel so away from the club side , But was lovely stay

Pros: Staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Room was clean. View was nice. About 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. Vendors are nearby and along the walk to get to the beach. Tours can be booked in hotel lobby or next door. A quality spa is next door, so it was 650Baht for 1 hour full body aromatherapy oil massage. There are street massages nearby for 200Baht if you want simple and cheaper. No noise heard from within the room. Rooftop pool area is beautiful. Fitness room is simple Cons: The beds looks comfy but it's hard. They went for extra extra extra Firm! A mattress topper was brought in and it was helpful. The building is very close to other hotels so you can see into other rooms and they can see into yours. Just make sure to close your blinds. Busy area so the roads gets traffic. Just plan ahead for it if you have to take a car somewhere.

This hotel has a lot of potential; however, it’s definitely not up to the standard of a 4-5 star establishment. The staff was incredibly rude, especially the restaurant staff at the Red Chopstick. We were not allowed to take food away from the restaurant, and the breakfast staff was very unprofessional. My wife was sitting sideways with one of her legs up, and a waitress touched her leg to ask her to put it down as if she were a child. This incident happened twice, which was both humiliating and extremely disrespectful. It’s disappointing because we see potential in this hotel—the rooms are simply beautiful. However, the staff lacks manners and absolutely does not know how to cater to their customers, which is not up to a 4-5 star standard. Additionally, the room access is inconvenient; they should have a shuttle service to the rooms. I personally will not be visiting this hotel again. I do hope they take our criticism seriously and make the necessary improvements.

Definitely a neighborhood boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious even though I stayed in their basic room. Service was personal. However there are areas to improve, breakfast lacks variety especially if you stay longer, it is the same every day. Boring menu. And the biggest turnoff is NO Smart TV, no YouTube or Netflix on their TV which in this age, it is a basic need.

Everything was great. The only minor setback is the walkway outside the room could be very noisy if other guest don't have the courtesy to speak softly. Was awaken at 3am on my last night with a guest shouting and arguing with his girlfriend. Indeed a nuisance to have such guest. Apart from that, everything was great.
