I had an amazing stay at Tropicana Resort in Phu Quoc! The service was top-notch, and the breakfast options were not only delicious but offered a wide variety to suit every taste. My room was clean and spacious, with an amazing view, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The large pool was a great way to unwind, and having access to a private beach was a huge bonus. Free sunbeds and towel services were provided, and it was fantastic to be able to order food and drinks directly at the beach. The only downside was the lack of control over the beach beds. I noticed that some guests were leaving their items on the beds early in the morning or even overnight to reserve them, but would only return many hours later. This was really frustrating, as it prevented other guests from using the sunbeds. It would be great if the resort could implement a system to limit bed reservations to, say, 2-3 hours, allowing guests to enjoy the beach, go for lunch, or get a massage, while ensuring everyone gets a fair chance at the beds. I stayed for 5 days and was only able to use a sunbed once, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, the resort was wonderful, but improving this small issue would make it even better. Still, highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious stay!

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The family bungalows are the furthest from the sea, but the hotel is not big and it was not a problem. Our house was the very first from the reception, two large beds, comfortable and clean bedding, air conditioning, a refrigerator, everything is very clean and decent. Breakfasts are delicious, in the evening there is a restaurant on the beach and sometimes live music. The beach is good, there are enough sun loungers, the sea in March was calm and warm. The pool is warm and overlooks the sea.

Very good. The hotel is clean, the territory is beautiful, green and well-groomed. The hotel has the opportunity to order food rice with various additives or noodles at very low prices. The room is beautiful and has a good view. The bed is comfortable. There is a large TV with applications. The staff is friendly. The room has everything you need: slippers, hair dryer, towels, accessories for washing and showering, coffee, tea and a kettle. It is really very beautiful

We lived in the Sky building on the 15th floor. The main advantage is the stunning view of the sea, sunset, show and fireworks, this is the highlight of the apartments. There is a fairly spacious swimming pool on the roof. On the second floor there is a gym. The apartment complex is still practically new, the design is fresh and pleasant. The studio room had everything you need - a balcony, a mini-kitchen, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a smart TV, a washing machine, an iron, an ironing board, a dryer. The bed is very large, the mattress is comfortable, blackout curtains. Hot water in the shower without problems. The studio is not very large, but overall comfortable for two people for several days. Directly under the apartment building downstairs is a cable car station and a stop for a free double-decker bus that goes to Khem beach. The main disadvantage is poor customer service, it is at a very low level. La isla and Elyday are one and the same. Check-in was difficult and a lot of wasted nerves on my part (I still don't understand whether they were overbooked or whether the cleaning process is not set up in a timely manner). The staff are uncooperative, they hardly respond on WhatsApp, they don't provide any information on check-in/amenities/extending your stay, etc. In addition, they tore the door to the room open several times without calling or knocking. In this regard, it was very uncomfortable. Also on the downside - poor cleaning of the room - upon check-in there was hair in the shower, stains on the bed linen (maybe it wasn't changed after the previous guests). They only provided two tiny bottles of water. There was also no daily cleaning during the stay. Also on the downside - the building itself is not properly maintained, the corridors and other common areas are dirty and no one cleans them, the sofas are stained, the area by the pool is unfinished, there is no lighting. In addition, the apartments are quite far from the night market (about 20 minutes walk) and not all escalators work.

This hotel was really lovely to stay at and even had a few extra benefits for us. We got upgraded to a deluxe bungalow which had a nice patio with lounge chairs and a bit of a seaview. We were very impressed with this. The room was quite big but most of the space was taken up by the 2 huge (and super comfortable) beds. We got free drinking waters and clean towels everyday. They also made the beds and cleaned the floors. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower was nothing special. Water took some time to turn hot. On Christmas eve day they gave us a cute little cake saying ”Merry Christmas”. So sweet! The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast buffet was much more than what we expected. Great options for any kind of eater. And seating right on the beach! We were able to rent scooters from the hotel for VND150000 a day. The pool is huge and was very clean. The hotel has private lounge chairs on the beach right in front of it. There's also a little beach bar. The location is great! Also very close to other nice beachfront restaurants. We would definitely stay at this hotel again. We were super happy and comfortable.

I stayed at Maison Hotel Phu Quoc and really enjoyed the beach view and the rooftop café—both were fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but I can only give the service 4/5. I reported a problem with the noise coming from the window when it’s closed, and while the front desk assured me someone would check it, that never happened. A similar issue occurred with the room cleaning service, I had to remind them to clean the room, but they forgot again. Overall, great location and amenities, but service needs improvement.

Great location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was below average though. Swimming pool is also in an odd place (right in front of the hotel looking out into the street). Front desk is very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is located in a very beautiful building, around the same buildings in the French style. The location is very convenient right next to the most beautiful beach with transparent clean water, without waves, with pure white sand. There are a lot of different cafes and restaurants around, there are shops, a spa and everything you need. Also, the hotel is only 10 minutes by car from the cable car terminal to the Hon thom island. We had a great time staying at the Pearl hotel. First of all, we were amazed by the perfect cleanliness of the rooms, here you will not find a speck of dust, everything is in perfect condition. The hospitality of the staff is impressive, I especially want to note Mike, he really helped us a lot and quickly responded to all our requests, he also offered us many interesting excursions and helped with a taxi and all our needs, the man is a real professional in his field, thank you very much. We had a wonderful time at the Pearl hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone.
