Great resort with lovely amenities. Fabulous value you for money! Be sure to visit Sunset Town for the light shows - must must must see.

PROS: Close to the beach, can watch the sunset from the hotel, front desk was professional and courteous, room service was great, internet was good, water pressure and temperature was good, size of the room was very specious, clean sheets, breakfast was good enough, close to the night market. CONS: My room was dirty, carpet was stained, hand print on the mirrors and the sliding door to the balcony, pink stuff on the bathroom door. 🤮 I regret staying here for 5 days because the room didn’t feel clean.

For the price we paid the hotel was great. The pool was big and very quiet. The room was big and the view was amazing. A few things that could be improved, we wanted food around the pool but there was no menu. And the breakfast didn’t have a lot of choice but it was ok.

Area for improvement : I'm very disappointed with my 3-night stay at this 4-star hotel during my birthday week. Despite informing them it was my birthday, there was no acknowledgment. Furthermore, the receptionist struggled with basic English. When I initially inquired whether it was a 3 or 4-star hotel, the staff couldn't answer. Upon my friend's arrival, a request for a second room key was initially denied, citing a "one card per room" protocol, which I only received after insisting. Additionally, a request for extra pillows due to my sinus issues was fulfilled very late. The TV in a 4-star hotel also lacked smart capabilities, and one channel had no sound, which the engineer claimed was not an issue, stating only one channel was working. Overall, this stay has been filled with unexpected disappointments. I was shocked to witness unprofessional behaviour from the 2 female receptionists during my check-out. A Korean customer was struggling with a language barrier, and instead of assisting, the receptionists rolled their eyes and walked away. This is unacceptable conduct for a 4-star hotel.

It was very dirty and old facility and there was a lot of noise between rooms, the AC didn't work during our stay and it was unbearably hot.

We have stayed at this hotel for some days on our vacation. hotel is close to the public market area, so it is easy to access there, close to sea, but doesnt have a private beach. Hotel has swimming pool, and a good breakfast. Pricewise it is cheaper. and rooms are large and has free parking area.

I don't want to speak bad about the place because the people are nice. In its heyday this hotel must have been nice but the tennis court along with the 10th floor doesn't exist. The hotel seems like a ghost town. We only saw 8 other rooms that were occupied. Breakfast wasn't that great. Besides the eggs and soup everything seems as though it was sitting there for a while. The rooms didn't have hot water. Made the jacuzzi not usable. The staff worked to fix the problem but we only had one days worth of hot water. Had a suite but the room it's just two normal rooms put together, lots of empty space. The view facing the ocean is nice. To sum up, there's no bar for drinks, no electricity one morning, no tennis court. Stay someplace else instead, definitely not worth the money.

Beach is near the hotel and very clean. Staff members are friendly. Breakfast were good
