Helpful staff, could have been cleaner but was ok. Nice swimming pool

Amazing place. Large and comfortable rooms, bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to the airport and walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. Extremely relaxing atmosphere.

It's good enough for the price we paid, swimming pool good size, hot shower n good pressure. The sheets n towels were clean. The only thing is the bathroom smelt weird.

The hotel is beautiful: clean, well-kept territory, a small pool, but there is enough space for everyone, the reception staff is very friendly, we took breakfast, very filling, for every taste: French fries, bacon, sausages, noodles, rice, tea / coffee, toast + jam, although the choice of fruits is very small (3 types). The room is large, the bathroom is a separate room, there are bathroom accessories, there is not enough shampoo and conditioner. There are robes. To the night market by taxi 20 minutes, to the beach 15. You can get there by bus, to the bus stop 7 minutes on foot

It was good value for money for a short stay as I had a night flight. As I don't like bugs and things like that, I like hotel resorts.

I wasn't expecting much because the price was cheap, but it was great haha. Because it was a resort, I had a free swim in the pool and it was much better than the salty sea hahaha hehe💕💕 I want to go again next time.

The price of the room is very cheap. People who like to get close to nature will like it because there are a lot of frogs and chickens crowing. The facilities in the room are a bit old, and the hand soap in the toilet is super smelly...

We didn't order breakfast, but the environment was really good. Flowers, plants and trees were planted in an orderly manner, and the swimming pool was not big. The breakfast room looks nice too. The room is really simple. Anyway, it’s not bad to catch a flight for one night. The little girl at the front desk is very nice. The front desk will help make reservations for pick-up in the morning. Very close to the airport, 10 minutes.

This hotel is fantastic, with spacious rooms and bathrooms, large comfortable beds, and a beautiful garden with a pool. However, the true highlight is the staff. They are always smiling, incredibly kind, and genuinely dedicated to their guests. *Duy Anh* at the reception goes above and beyond, answering every question, offering thoughtful recommendations, and providing professional, warm service. Super dedicated. The kitchen staff and especially *Trân* also stands out for their attention to guests' well-being. If I ever return to this island, they will be the first reason why! THANK YOU!

We’ve had such a lovely time at Santa Garden Resort. When you walk through the complex you see so many beautiful plants and flowers. And the people make you feel welcome. Thank you so much Duy Anh and all the others at the reception. The breakfast is good and prepared with care. Every day a clean room with eye for detail. We really enjoyed our stay. I’m staying here at present and have been for the last 10 days. This place has been the most relaxing place we have stayed at on our 3 months of travels so far. The staff are lovely, they teach us bits of Vietnamese daily. Breakfast is decent (there aren’t a ton of vegetarian options - but we are in Asia after all). They have fruit prepared daily that is grown on site. The rooms are a good size with large showers and pretty comfortable beds. In general the resort is very peaceful and all the guests seem to be so pleasant and friendly with each other (I would say that’s something to do with the peaceful setting). There are plenty of restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk. The beach is a 10 minute walk.

We got here completely by accident. The hotel we booked in advance was not suitable at all. We had to quickly look for a new one. This hotel offered one of the lowest prices with excellent reviews. We took a risk and took a triple room. We took a risk because cheaper is usually worse. This time it was the opposite. Amazingly polite and responsive staff. Nice room. Large clean pool. Green spacious territory. Powerful air conditioning. There are some shortcomings and problems, but they can be solved with the help of the staff. Of the unsolvable ones - the lack of decent restaurants and a store nearby, within walking distance. But a taxi is inexpensive, arrives quickly - good luck to you. There is an excellent laundry next to the hotel. You can't hear the planes that land at the airfield three hundred meters away.

Set of pretty bungalows in a magnificent, very well maintained garden. Clean, bright and well-equipped rooms. Nice swimming pool. Possibility of renting scooters on site. Particularly welcoming and efficient staff. Quite far from restaurants. Uncomfortable pool loungers.
