Good hotel, 5 minutes to the beach, free swimming pool nearby. Everything is close, 5 minutes to the stop of the free bus #19 to the airport.
Photos in the hotel profile correspond to reality, everything in the room is in good order. I recommend!

I feel conflicted about writing this review. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night where the staff had accidentally booked out our hotel room to someone else. They compensated us and provided us with another room (very small, not very spacious and a little dirty). The following day, we were able to move our things into the room we initially booked. The room was much more spacious. We had a pool view. The pool areas is incredibly gorgeous. Loved hanging out there. The hotel uses incredibly cheap tissues and toilet paper that crumble upon use. We also had no hot water throughout our stay and at one point I had a shower where only drops of water were coming out of the tap. I think they can improve the quality of their facilities. If you're not bothered by facilities and are just looking for a place to rest your head - then this a decent budget hotel.

Good
The hotel is located very close to the swimming pools, beach and a few restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. They also arranged a taxi service from the hotel to the airport for me.
Can improve on
The hotel has THE hardest mattress I have ever slept on. It’s very uncomfortable and hurts your back. This can really be improved.
There isn’t always someone at reception so when you check in, there might not be someone there and you have to wait.
There also wasn’t anything on breakfast options or that they clean your room during your stay.

The place is wonderful, the manager seems to be not bad, he answers right away, but the service, cleanliness of linen and towels lags behind. We lived on a high floor, probably that's why the water pressure was not very good.

I am very happy with my stay at the hotel. I stayed in 304, the windows overlook the neighboring hotel, the room is quiet and clean. Everything is new. There is a swimming pool, the sea is within walking distance. The guy at the reception is very kind, polite, was always in touch on WhatsApp. He took me to the airport. I will come again. The price for such a room is low, I paid about 2400 rubles per night. The mattress is hard, I asked for a mattress pad or a blanket, they gave me one, it was comfortable to sleep. I recommend 👍🏻

Good hotel, the only downside is the hard mattress (but every third hotel in Vietnam has this disadvantage). And it's worth checking in here if you're on a bike, because the area is not very populated yet and the area itself is quite far from the center.
