Best Western Premier® Hotels in Phu Quoc Island

Overall experience is good. The location is about 15 mins from airport and there's a small night market opposite to the hotel, makes it easy to get something to eat. The room was okay, the cleanliness needs much more improvement, under the bed was full of dirts and water glasses is visibly dirty. The room is not sound proof at all, we can hear people walking and talking in the hallway and kids playing and screaming from the pool. Breakfast buffet is great, we love the asian variety. The pool is large, plenty of spaces for kids to play. The kids club is small and the toys look worn out, not recommended.

It was nice because it was spacious and clean, but the location was a bit ambiguous, so I had to take a buggy every time I went out. The pool water was dirty, so it took a while to purify it, which was a bit inconvenient to use. Tinh, the staff who drove the sanding bus, was very kind. He went back and forth from the airport to the hotel for my leftover items. The best staff, the best service.
