I loved how clean and the location of the room was

Nice new clean hotel, comfy bed. Short walk to cafes restaurants. Staff were great. I’d stay here again!

Awesome service! Staff are really attentive.

It's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.

The room and service are satisfactory. I will choose this hotel again in the future.
