The basketball and baseball stadiums are right in front, which is nice, and the downtown location offers plenty of supermarkets and restaurants. The facilities are good, and the kitchen in the room is convenient for preparing simple meals. However, the attitude of the female staff member at check-in was somewhat disappointing.

It's convenient to watch NBA games, and the hotel is clean, comfortable, and spacious.

It's a new hotel with newer facilities and is close to the exhibition hall. However, the hotel has no sense of service at all. When I checked out on the last day, the room password lock was out of power, and I was locked outside and couldn't get to my luggage. It took the hotel about an hour to open the door, which affected my rush to the airport. The front desk staff was not in a hurry and didn't say anything to apologize. They had no sense of service.

The room and service are satisfactory. I will choose this hotel again in the future.
