The photos don't do this absolutely gorgeous hotel (conveniently located close to the airport) as much justice as it deserves. Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect!! The massive lazy river style, H-shaped pool was stunning, clean and massive. I only wish that I could have spent more time in the pool during my 3 night visit. The gorgeous four poster bed was super comfortable with beautiful bedding. My extremely comfortable, spacious room was beautifully decorated with Khmer furnishing. The bathroom is large, modern, luxurious and very clean. My flight had been delayed so I had to check in very late and even thought the restaurant was near closing time I could still order room service. The staff was very friendly and professional but could be more helpful with correct up to date tourist information about local attractions. The delicious breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant that provided many choices and fantastic coffee. I HIGHLY recommend The Bali Hotel for your Phnom Penh visit!!

Stayed close to 1 month here. Wonderful staff. Central location. Enough space for the room. I hope they will fix the internet connection because its slow and sometimes just no connection. I will stay again for sure.

The booking with Trip.com came like a breeze. It's customer support is also very responsive, and has arranged for my quick check-in upon arrival at Sun & Moon. I was quite disappointed with the Hotel as I was not granted a very late check-out, since my flight is still by midnight, the same time of my arrival 3 days before. But, it was a pleasurable stay overall, as I enjoyed the Well Spa after check-out, to while away sometime before leaving for the airport.

It was an unforgettable experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spotless and beautifully designed, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend Novotel BKK1 to anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service in the heart of Cambodia. This newly opened hotel is comfortable and quiet, and the stay experience is excellent. The lobby service is warm and the Chinese communication is smooth. The rooms are clean and tidy, elegantly decorated, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near China Street and has convenient transportation. Free airport pick-up and drop-off service is provided. Excellent value for money, highly recommended.

Facilities: A bit old compared to a few years ago, Hygiene: Still good. Environment: There are Chinese restaurants downstairs, convenient for life. Service: Not bad. Normal check-in, fast, all the information has been prepared in advance.
