Good helpful staff, not many food options, bar is closed, almost empty of guests, I was bored in this hotel, hotel management is not helpful, I tried to cancel the reservation but they refused to give me my money back? The wifi is very bad, I do not recommend it

Great hotel. Our room was very spacious. Bathroom and toilet were clean. However, we found a small cockroach inside the cupboard. Additionally, they provided only one toilet roll in the toilet as well as no tissue box was provided.  Above all, this is a great hotel.

We got welcomed very nicely. The room looked clean and was big. The breakfast tasted good. The pool is ok and the view is nice. The staff didn't speak so well English, so we had some difficulties with this. But for the price we paid, it's all worth it.

Clean and well-located hotel. We are well received, with an efficient porter service. The breakfast is classic. The swimming pool and the gym are appreciable facilities. Quick check-in and check-out. The beds are a little hard, but the room and bathroom are clean and functional. A fridge in the room, a table, chairs in the family room and its adjustable air conditioning that works.
