The hotel is amazing, right opposite royal palace, 2minutes walk from hotel backyard and we reached the royal palace. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, the Khmer herbal spa at the hotel spa was affordable and professional, we hope to come back again soon, we really had a wonderful experience here.

I book a twin bed room with high floor&nice view,but the hotel give me the grand floor with no view(just wall view)，they told me “we have no empty room”.i can’t accept it,and then change to high floor&place view,but it’s king bed room

I really enjoyed my stay at the Palace Gate Hotel & Resort. The location is perfect and the customer service was fantastic. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered was delicious and there was a nice variety to choose from daily. My son loved the pool. The hotel environment was relaxing which was much needed after being out during the day touring the city.

We flew to Phnom Penh from Shanghai, our first ever visited to Cambodia. We booked our stay at palace hotel as it seemed convenient to travel to other places.
Next day we traveled to sight seems places and forgot our check out time is 12 pm, and we could only check out by 3 pm. While checking out the staff didn’t even only mention about the overstay, but also helped us with many little things.
If you ever visit this city I highly recommend everyone to stay at this property.
They have a great team who take care of each guest with utmost respect and care.

The hotel is good overall and worth the money. Its location is great, near the royal palace and also easy to get to other tourist attractions on tuk tuk. The breakfast offers various choices including local delights and western food. Swimming pool is also fantastic. Staff are helpful.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The food tasted great, the service was amazing, and the amenities were stunning 😍 . It's everything you need for a marvellous vacation wrapped into one. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The swimming pool is nice and lots of choice for breakfast. Breakfast can either be eaten inside in the cool restaurant or outside in the heat by the pool

Great services and friendly staff at the hotel on all fronts. Areas for improvement are the cleanliness and hygiene particularly the restaurant areas. Room writing table with an adjustable height feature would be great too.
Overall, it was a quiet, happy and pleasant stay. Hotel is worth recommending to friends with a competitive pricing and package.

We had a wonderful stay at the Palace gate hotel and resort. The staff are very friendly. The food in the restaurant is so delicious. The spa was okay, but not amazing. Thanks to Lina, she was very helpful and responsive. If we come back to Phnom Penh, we will definitely choose the Palace Gate Hotel again.

The hotel was superb. It was located in the heart of the city and the room was great. The breakfast had many choices to choose from. The restaurant also had a good menu. Highly recommended for stay in Phnom Penh.
