This is my 2nd time for my family. The location is great, comfortable and price is acceptable.

Good location. But the cleanliness of the room is lacking. Stain on the carpet and a bit smelly. The room located on the ground floor, and outside air was a bit smelly (maybe close to wastage storage?)

Located exactly in front of Yufuin train station. Common bath area have nice view but need to wait because only one place at rooftop. Self check in with your passport. Overall nice place and value for money.

The room is clean and tidy. The toilet and bathroom are separate. The bathroom feels quite spacious. The facilities and supplies are complete, and the bedding is comfortable. I encountered a problem when checking in at the self-service machine, and it took me a while to figure it out. The key points are as follows: 1. You need to know the check-in password in advance; 2. Although there is a Chinese page, when filling in the address, Chinese characters cannot be displayed, so you can use pinyin, and it can be passed even if it is not accurate; 3. When operating the password lock, you must enter the * before and after. p

There is no one to check in. There is only one machine. It is easy to make mistakes when checking in. The Japanese said that it would be troublesome to call to check in. I asked the Japanese to teach me how to call, and then I checked in. I almost made a reservation for the hotel. Fortunately, I got in touch by phone and canceled the wrong operation on the machine. Oh, this is the first time I have encountered such a troublesome check-in. In addition, this hotel does not have an elevator. If you have a lot of luggage, it is recommended to stay on the first floor. It is very inconvenient if you don't know how to communicate.

The only drawback is that there is no staff at the front desk to help check in. You have to enter everything yourself into the computer to get the room number and door number. The only advantage is that there is a private hot spring on the top floor. Lovers can also take a dip together.
